Our RV blew a tire in the middle of nowhere! And state patrol recommended these guys for their speed and helpfulness and man was he right on the money! Not only were they quick but they were so kind! We had a car full of hot grumpy kiddos. And He was engaging with the kids and made everyone feel a sense of calm and relief in a stressful situation. My daughter had an oil change 2 days ago in spokane( she has a small oil leak) she drove to Seattle and on the way back she stopped in ritzville to add some oil. She added to much and went to Les Schwab to ask them to drain little for her. they proceeded to tell her they charge $200.00 for an oil change. What happened to people helping others? I could see charging her for there time and labor but really? Would not give this shop my business if I was stuck on the side of the road. read more

I know Mitch has his hands full finding good help but it's sad when I bring in 2 loose, ready to patch tires and I have an hour wait. Then on top of it when I go to mount the tires on my father's car, we find that 1 still leaks out of the nail holes. Not sure if they used plugs but I asked for patches for that reason. scuff-clean-glue-patch.... its not rocket science boys. we sure do miss the old crew that knew what there were doing. read more

They didn't have the seal on hand but Brennden was able to assess the situation and add some grease as we made our way to Spokane to get a permanent fix! Extremely grateful. Like if I can give this location 10 stars I would bc not only did they give me 5 star customer service but they provided me w a fast response to my emergency I had pleasure of having contact with Brenden I believe the assistant manager he was a pleasure to speak w not only was he respectful,polite,courteous and responsive to my needs he provided me the absolute excellent service that I would only expect at a five-star location or restaurant. So I'm driving from Helena, Montana to Maple Valley, Washington in my brand new car - and wouldn't ya' know it... out in the middle of absolute nowhere, my fancy-schmancy tire sensors report low pressure in the driver's side rear tire. It's late in the afternoon and I absolutely MUST be in Western Washington the next day to complete two big projects. I limped into the Ritzville Les Schwab and the crew spring into action like NASCAR. Shauna got me going, and Hunter had my tire repaired in 15 minutes with a potential disaster turning into a small potty break. Those sensors paid for themselves in one trip. Because they reported early, I knew I needed a fix - which probably prevented me from being stranded on Snoqualmie in the dark, or, leaving the next morning to do my projects and waking up to a flat. These guys left me broken down at a truck stop in 105 degree weather! They said they COULD get me on my way but WOULDN'T! I was tapped to deliver a truck that had been donated for food ministry and had blown a tire. I was hauling NO WEIGHT and told the tool on the phone and his response was basically " Its legal but we won't do it." IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE AVOID THESE S1STER K1SS1NG M0R0NS! These guys are awesome. We were on our way from Sedro Woolley Washington to Idaho and we stopped at a rest area about 15min west of the Ritzville Lea Schwab. I got out and checked the tires and both front tires had extreme wear on the inside edge. The left tire was so bad the steel bands were splitting. I called the store and told him the situation. He said limp the car in and he'll take a look at it. We get there, and find out the LF tire wouldn't have made it another 20miles. They didn't have new tires for our car but the had used ones that only had a few thousand miles on them that would fit. They got the 2 tires on and performed a 4 wheel alignment for us. They saved the day and our trip for us, and possibly our lives. A LF tire blowing out at 70 could have thrown us into oncoming traffic. My son was driving up to Cheney from the Tri-Cities when he heard a terrible noise coming from his wheel. I called you and you recommended a couple tow truck companies and one of them brought my son's car to your shop. He is a poor college student on a very tight budget. When he arrived you inspected the wheels and found a loose bolt on the brake shoe and tightened it for free for him and sent him on his way. I will remember that in our future car needs. Unfortunately this business is run by a person who does not practice fair pricing. They choose the oil without your approval on the price and the number of quarts will vary depending on what they decide to use. 4, 5 or 6 quarts. When confronted with the differences they don't have a logical explanation and you will not get your money back. I would not recommend this place of business. read more

Ok these guys are AMAZING!! Coming home after 4th of July weekend with the boat and our tire blew out. We called Les Schwab and they were out in 20minutes to our location (that was 20 minutes away!). Really can't say enough good stuff here, their tech was amazing got out on a busy I90 and replaced both tires. So friendly and so professional- wow, that's all I have to say! By the way my husband called Les Schwab while I was on hold with our insurance. I was still on hold with insurance and Les Schwab was out and had the whole thing DONE. We would have been stuck for hours without them! Bravo!!!! read more

This review ends well, but has a dicey middle, haha. My husband and I got brand new tires from Les Schwab in Spokane, WA about a month ago, right after getting an alignment done on my car. When we got the tires they assured us that the alignment was good, and they gave us the guarentee that our tires would last 30,000 miles or more. One month and about 1,000 miles later I was on the freeway when one of my brand new tires blew. After inspecting my tires I discovered that the front two tires had been worn down to the belts. I called the tire center that I had purchased the tires from and they were extremely unhelpful, basically telling me that it was impossible that it was road conditions and that they would not replace my tires despite being under warranty. However, being only a few miles from my parents home town I put on the spare and went to the Les Schwab there instead. There the staff was helpful, and even though it turned out to be a problem with my alignment (which the previous Les Schwab had said was fine) they not only replace the tires but also aligned them for free. I think that if I had gone to the previous Les Schwab in Spokane they would have dicked us around and refused to replace the tires, but the one in Ritzville was very helpful, kind, and professional. I want to say thank you to the professionals in Ritzville for their courteous and kind service, my husband and I could not have afforded new tires at this time, and for you to honor the warranty anyway was a blessing and helped us to get home. I can hardly express how grateful I am. read more
