I accidentally showed up during lunch time, but Eric postponed lunch and carefully walked me through the options and process. Very educational. I greatly appreciated their time explaining to me the process and and showing me through the entire shop to help me make a decision on options. Being a farm truck, it definitley needed a lot of care and I was blown away by end result. I feel like I am driving a brand new pickup!!! I was very impressed with the service and communication that Eric, Johnny, Danny, and Pete provided at Grease Monkeys. Most people would turn away a working farm truck like mine, but this crew took it on with gusto. As a business owner myself, it is great to see another business of young professionals who are passionate about the quality of their work and about customer service. My Nissan had those sun burns (some areas all the way down to the metal), on my hood, roof, and top of trunk. He gave me a fair quote and told me he needed 2 weeks overall,... he did it in 8 days. I was very very happy with the results and more. Because my front end was cracked all the way down from when I rear ended someone years ago and I also had about 7-8 door dings on my passenger side. My headlights were yellow and foggy and seriously needed buffering. Well, the quote was solely for the paint job alone in which I agreed but the dings on the doors, foggy headlights, front crack on bumper were not charged as extra. Not only were they able able to squeeze me in right away but returned my car a day early than promised. AH-MAY-ZING. I did inquire other shops around town but Dent Doctor fit my timeline and budget the best. The owner was overall amazing, you can tell he's an honest individual who enjoys what he does. Three weeks later he called me to tell me they can't work on the car but he will give me an estimate what it needs and how much it will cost. When i came to pick up the car it was all dusty and the roof and trunk were covered in oil. He came out apologized and kinda wiped it then charged me $160 for an estimate that he did not have ready and told me that he will email it to me and I am still waiting on that email since 12/5/2023. The finished paint results had running paint drips appearance on the bottom passenger door, and not smooth looking paint. Also when they returned my car after putting it back together one of the tires was NOT installed correctly! I drove the car with the Tire bolts very loose, that the tire could have easily came off!! Then, I noticed that the rubber trim molding from under the hood was never replace.... I mentioned it to them and they had no excuse as to why it never got replaced and they said they would call me back to get it done but I never got a call back. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They are friendly at first, but watch out with these guys.
