I am sorry to anyone who has been put off by a negative experience here, but I believe mine was the best possible outcome. Walking into a Women's Health office can be scary, but I felt taken care of and listened to. I can't speak for the other Physicians at this practice, but I highly recommend Dr. Deal.

They are exceptional physicians -- you truly couldn't ask for better professionals. They made me feel fully supported every step of the way. The delivery of my daughter was a wonderful experience, and what meant even more was that they came to visit me afterward to check on both me and my baby. That level of care meant so much to me. The staff at the front desk was too chatty with each other while people sat in the waiting room which is unfair for those who have been waiting for a long while. I actually watched a pregnant woman leave and when she was gone the office staff talked about how she wasn't understanding that more then one dr was on which was why people were going in before her. I don't know how long to woman waited but she had to go to work.. she was there before me for at least 20 minutes and it was definitely disrespectful for the staff to loudly talk about a patient being wrong for leaving. She was very generous with her time and made a real effort to ensure good health care as well as good peace of mind to all involved (me) during the pregnancy, birth and after. It's been over a week and we have yet to hear from her office regarding any clinical information despite numerous attempts to gain more clarity and information. Not only have I been scrambling to coordinate my Moms care, Dr Murray flat out refuses to return our calls despite the urgency of this situation. Her staff has informed us that she "does not speak to patients". Her cavalier attitude speaks volumes about her professionalism and character. I had an appointment scheduled and I was unsure of its purpose, I called the office and asked, I asked in person at my previous appointment, I called again after that. Every time I was told they would get back to me or they weren't sure. I drove 30 minutes to the appointment just to be told the appointment was unnecessary and I didn't need to be seen. I now have to drive 30 minutes back home. As an exhausted pregnant woman, this is extremely infuriating to have my time, limited energy, and gas money wasted, especially as I had asked multiple times to avoid this exact outcome. On top of that, every appointment you need to fill out a form that is a handful of pages long, even if you were just there the week before, it doesn't matter and you need to fill it out again. The doctors are knowledgeable, some are friendlier and kinder than others, but you will see someone different every single time. If you are someone who will need multiple appointments, I'm confident your experience will be an absolute mess and stress inducing.
