I am writing this review on my mother's behalf…read more She presented to Dr Murray with very concerning symptoms which prompted a slew of testing. It's been over a week and we have yet to hear from her office regarding any clinical information despite numerous attempts to gain more clarity and information. Not only have I been scrambling to coordinate my Moms care, Dr Murray flat out refuses to return our calls despite the urgency of this situation. Her staff has informed us that she "does not speak to patients". Her cavalier attitude speaks volumes about her professionalism and character. This is clearly not a physician that cares about her patients. Save your time, and look elsewhere if you are seeking professional and compassionate care.

I explained that I am moving to fairfield and I need to establish new care since I am 15 weeks pregnant and I cant see my old provider due to distance - I was told that it doesn't matter and I need to find someone else. I am extremely upset by this experience, this is very poor customer service and patient care. It's unfair that if i was 6 weeks pregnant, I could be seen but since I'm 15 weeks, it is now not possible. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told that they dont have one. *patient care is clearly not a priority to this practice*.

When I arrived for my appt, it was with a PA and not the dr I had requested. Bc I was already there and took the time off work, I saw the PA. I spoke extensively about my perimenopause symptoms and how I needed some relief and she basically dismissed everything I was saying. A week later, I signed into the portal and saw one of tests came back abnormal. I called the office but they never called me back. I left 3 messages asking about my test results and never got a response. I switched to a new gyno bc this place is terrible, and requested my one days worth of records. The records they sent have the PA saying I had zero complaints, no issues, etc.. This place should not even call themselves a drs office. Save yourself the time and go someplace else.

Then when checking out I was charged an extra $250, and when I asked what for, as we discussed the price at the beginning, I was told the reason I was paying an EXTRA $250 is because "you haven't been here in a while." VERBATIM. I said, "so I am paying just to step foot in here" and she said "yes." I didn't receive ANY other service justifiable of a charge. No medical reason. Just "because." LOL. I wouldn't recommend you go here as it seems they don't treat their patients with respect and are just trying to scam you rather than actually HELP YOU.

The warm welcome meant a lot when going through my first round of IVF. I had completed 4 rounds of IUI with another fertility specialist and was feeling down about my chances of ever getting pregnant. I can honestly say that YFC's positivity and professionalism was critical to my success. After 1 round of IVF I am now 10 weeks pregnant! The Westport facility provides patients' access to Yale medical care closer to home, yet I still benefited from the renowned embryology lab at the Yale Fertility Center in New Haven. The Westport office is beautiful and I never have to wait long to be seen. I would not waste any time in setting up an appointment if you are having fertility issues. Thank you Dr. Martin, Patty and the rest of your team!

We were always provided all of the information we needed to make informed decisions about our path to pregnancy, and Dr. Martin and his PA, Patty, were always there to answer my seemingly unending questions. In fact I stayed with the office as long as I could, one week shy of the end of my first trimester, because I love them so much! Do yourself a favor: if you know or even suspect that you might need help getting pregnant, make an appointment.
