We paid up front and then waited several weeks for someone to show up. We had fiber optic lights around the perimeter of the pool. They covered them with what was supposed to be fire resistant tape. It was not. The material they used was applied with a torch, which destroyed the lights. This was summer of 2025. They said they would repair/replace the lights. We kept the pool open later in the fall than usual because they kept telling us they would be returning. They never returned so we ended up closing it. We continued to try to contact them & finally in July 2026 they came and replaced the lights which still don't work. We cannot get any response from the company. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

They are not the kind of dogs to swim in a pool. The technician asked me several times if the dogs will be in the pool?
