Not only that, most uhaul dealers are impersonal and rude, Charlie on the other hand is one of the most professional dealers I have ever interacted with and he went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, honestly, dropping off the uhaul at Siwel was the best part of my move to Atlanta.

Let's just say it's not how a business handles the business when everything goes as expected, its how they handle the business in a crisis (one that they themselves created due to poor planning). We are building a custom home in the suburbs of Atlanta. My cabinet person had recommended we use Intown Designs to do the stone counter tops (granite, marble, and quartzite) in our two kitchens, butler's pantry and 7 bathrooms. I started working with one of their sales people back in May 2013 because this is a big job that needs a lot of careful planning and managing. The install was supposed to take place over the next week and be completed by Dec. 13, 2013 (It is now Dec. 2, 2013). I had given them deposits for more than $20,000 since June and things seems to be going fine, I had been in close communication with the sales person(I will be very decent and not mention her name) and she seemed perfectly relaxed about everything even up until last week a day before they dropped the bomb on us. Then...BAM!!! They called me 1 week ago after I have been working with them on my project for the last 6 months and said they are too busy to install my job until the last week of December. Let's remember, I have been contracted with them since May and have already paid them a lot of cash. I asked to speak with the owner and he would not call me or my husband to even discuss the situation. We own a business too and this is not how you should treat customers or deal with issues. Intown did absolutely nothing to try to resolve the scheduling failures on their end and basically left us completely stranded at the end of our construction project because without countertops you cannot install final plumbing fixtures or appliances which also mean no Certificate of Occupancy. They cost us thousands of dollars and the most extreme stress you can imagine, we had to find someone to replace them at the very last minute; they also made us buy full slabs of material that they said would be sold by the square foot. Basically, they lied, they were unprofessional and they left us completely stranded. Intown Designs took advantage of us and even made money on us after they failed to fulfill their contract. This is not a company I would EVER recommend. Stay away unless you like to be disappointed and abused by a business that is making money off of your suffering! And yes we are contacting our attorney about this negligence as well as the BBB. Companies like this should not be in business! The Owner's name is Don Zamnte and they have another location in Charlotte so beware.

The place he works with quoted me $2400 for a 10 foot section of counter top and a 5 inch section (bizarre, I know). A few months before Lowes had told me they could install for $980, but I couldn't find the email or the information of the woman I worked with and when I called again and spoke to another guy he quoted me $1800 for the same. I finally decided to give it one last shot and called Intown Design. I knew exactly what color and edge style I wanted so I didn't go in to the shop, I just told the woman on the phone what I was looking for and she quoted me $1000. Sold!! I immediately did some research on Kudzu and other websites to make sure the company was legit and then called back. You have to pay 60% upfront and the rest after the job is completed. I made an appointment for my template, which is needed to get exact measurements. The woman on the phone made the mistake of not telling me the counter tops had to be off for the templating step. Luckily the measurement guy did a great job and when they delivered my Corian counter tops a week later they fit the cabinets as snug as a bug on a rug. The install guys all happened to be cute young bucks which didn't hurt either. they were very professional and it only took 15 minutes for them to install, "drill" a hole for the faucet, and get out. Perfect service from everyone I spoke with over the phone and in person. I have been dealing with a lot of people for my house and they have BY FAR been the best company to work with. Tips: -60% up front, 40% after the job is complete -have the counter tops OFF for the templating process otherwise your measurements might not be accurate. -they sell sinks cheaper than the ones I saw online. If you don't buy one from them and it's an undermount, you have to give it to them at the template meeting. They don't just have Corian, they also carry stone like granite, marble, and quartz.

Seems to be a Kubota loader. I called Jody to say I wasn't too happy about it and he started saying things like, "Well, we never said it was a JD loader" (even though it was painted to match the tractor and had JD decals on it). I just feel like they were somewhat deceitful. I can say from experience that if you are unhappy with your purchase from them, they won't try to make it right. Sure wouldn't do business with them again. Buyer beware! Update: Loader appears to be a Kubota LA271 which is only rated to lift about 600 lbs. The correct loader for this tractor (a JD 70A) is rated for over 1000 lbs. What kind of business sells crap like this?
