It leaked and had only one pump. The tub we had ordered had two pumps. The manufacturer put the wrong model number on the tub. They didn't want to take responsibility. After weeks of waiting, we decided we didn't want their brand. Ray worked with us and we ordered a different tub. It was going to take several more weeks for the company they use to install the tub. Ray said that he would bring the tub and install it for us. He came 2 days later in the cold. I really appreciate the way he took care of us. I would recommend Paradise if anyone is looking to buy a hot tub. Great job Ray and Staff!

(3) years into owning our hot tub half of the cover began sagging, it was clear there was an issue, and when we unzipped it to inspect, one side was missing a vapor barrier wrap on the foam, so it was just acting as a giant sponge. We contacted LPI, sent pictures, and they even acknowledged it was made incorrectly but refused to do the right thing. They claimed it only has a 90 day warranty, which is utterly useless. But interestingly enough, i could spend $600 and buy a new cover from them, which is warrantied for 5 years, how does that work? They failed to provide good craftsmanship in their lids, which are $600 to replace, do you really want to trust them with a $10,000 spa investment???

This piece was suggested by Mario and we were provide the model # to order. Now this piece does not work. Do not know why all of these new parts are not working. Now Mario has provided us a new part that should work. We have not been reimbursed for ANYTHING! Find another business if you need anything worked on. They do not know what they are doing.
