The installer who delivered our hot tub, recommended them to us, telling us when we got the tub filled, to bring a water ample and they'd test it and tell us what we needed to add. Since then we've visited Leslie's once or twice a month to get our water tested. They give us a step by step print out with recommendations of what chemicals needed to be added at no cost. Additionally, they also sell the chemicals needed, often running sales and making it a one stop shop. The staff is friendly, and knowledgeable, quick to offer suggestions if you're having trouble keeping your levels balanced.

The sells process was smooth and fun. Delivery, we'll, it got here. The best spa manufacturers are busy. The installation was flawless. The support I needed afterwards was professional. (3) years into owning our hot tub half of the cover began sagging, it was clear there was an issue, and when we unzipped it to inspect, one side was missing a vapor barrier wrap on the foam, so it was just acting as a giant sponge. We contacted LPI, sent pictures, and they even acknowledged it was made incorrectly but refused to do the right thing. They claimed it only has a 90 day warranty, which is utterly useless. But interestingly enough, i could spend $600 and buy a new cover from them, which is warrantied for 5 years, how does that work? They failed to provide good craftsmanship in their lids, which are $600 to replace, do you really want to trust them with a $10,000 spa investment???

Mario sends out someone who was too incompetent to know what he was doing. Said our heater was out. We paid for a new heater and labor ($800) and was told another part was out that it wasn't our heater after all. We paid for another piece ($600) to be delivered. This piece was suggested by Mario and we were provide the model # to order. Now this piece does not work. Do not know why all of these new parts are not working. Now Mario has provided us a new part that should work. We have not been reimbursed for ANYTHING! Find another business if you need anything worked on. They do not know what they are doing.
