Every time we would drive by the facility he would get so excited thinking he was going there. Everyone that works there is incredible! Selma herself is the best! No matter what time or how short notice, she always managed to become available to us. We have left Oakley over night with her multiple times and she cared for him like he was her own. She even cooked him stew one night! We got into a car accident once, while Oakley was at the center. Without us even having to ask she offered to drive him to my families home so that we could focus on the accident. Even though we moved too far to use her services weekly I will still always go to her for boarding and special occasions. She's the only one I trust.

I'd emailed Pet Sitters Club at short notice to establish walks for my puppy Leo, and James came early to our apartment on a Saturday morning to set everything up. He saw some behavior to be corrected with Leo and he went right into training mode which was great for me as a first time puppy mother to learn. He also gave me other tips that I've incorporated into Leo's training. Leo's walked by Gabby daily and we're really happy with her! The entire business is run very professionally and they're very accommodating with changes and additions. I also appreciate their very prompt replies, even late-night weekends! Finally! We took the cat Annie to this place where our dog Sandy gets her annual checkup. We've…read moredecided to take the newly adopted cats to this place for their yearly checkups. This is also a place that took care of my rabbit years ago. Annie met Dr. Ezell, who's also Sandy's vet. One thing I like about this place is that we could stay in the same room during the examination. Dr. Ezell has a lot of experience with animals. He knew right away there was something wrong with Annie and what bothered her. It's the hard stool by the rectum that caused her not pooping. He treated Annie thoroughly and also followed up by calling us the next day himself to ask about Annie. It's always good when the doctor is the one who called to follow up because he was the one who treated her. He also returned every phone call when I called with some questions or concerns. Annie turned out to be a healthy cat, only constipation due to a hard stool. She was cured through an enema procedure. Btw, there's nothing wrong with Annie's teeth either. Poor Annie came home looking dizzy from being sedated. However, she's 100% fine and happy and playing again. Poor Jasmine (another cat) looked so confused when Annie was sick. Now they clean each other, chase, love, hate, and fight again, haha! The sign of healthy cats. In a few months, we will return with both cats for their annual checkup. The bill is reasonable here. Annie's X-ray, bloodwork, and enema procedure cost less than a thousand. Yay! Annie's medication is also perfect. It helped soften her stool, and she seemed ok with the taste too. Excellent service by an outstanding professional doctor. Recommended!
