It was a total hit, so we started talking about in-ground pool options during late Spring 2021. Not necessarily sold on the idea of a fiberglass pool, we reached out to a manufacturer for more info on them as part of our due diligence and received an email from Vista Pools within less than an hour which led to a phone call and some preliminary ballpark info then a formal quote followed. Over the course of the next 6 weeks and consultations with several other area pool builders, Scott patiently indulged all our questions and even provided a recommendation for a vinyl liner pool builder when we told him we thought we were going to go that direction. At the end of the day though, and hearing many pool building horror stories, we felt the higher-priced investment of going the fiberglass route thru Vista Pools was worth the additional expense because Scott was the only pool builder we consulted with that we felt we could truly trust to do the job right. By the end of July 2021, we were under contract and our pool was ordered from the manufacturer with an anticipated late 2021/early 2022 dig date. Our dig started late January and 9 weeks later the project was finished. Scott was very communicative throughout the entire process, always letting us know when his crews would be onsite working, and was onsite & hands-on when he needed to be. Not to mention, all the calls/texts he answered during the entire process! Scott's crews that worked on the different phases of the build were all trustworthy, respective of us and our property, and worked hard to get the job done right and on time. And let's talk about integrity- they made us aware of problems that popped up during the build that we wouldn't have ever noticed on our own then put in the time and effort to make them right. That was the a-ha moment we knew we chose the right company for the job. Throughout the entire process, invoicing and the payment schedule was very transparent and easy which helped cutting such large checks less stressful. Vista made sure the pool was cleaned properly and we knew how to operate everything prior to "handing over the keys" so we felt confident in being new pool owners. Even after project completion, Scott still makes himself available to answer all of our new pool owner questions regarding the operation of our pool equipment, water chemistry, etc! If we had to do it all over again, we wouldn't change a thing. And we recommend Vista Pools all the time to anyone who will listen.

Amazing company, so we decided to go with them. I had no idea customer service existed, this company was amazing. My pool flooded with mud and rocks, 9:00 they were here, they worked for two days, came back until it was spotless. I was shocked, I cannot believe how beautiful the craftsmanship is also. They are way more OCD than I am. Thank you Blue haven pools, making dreams come true, and I company I know I can trust. I have built homes and countless items, most often you have to babysit. This company was spectacular, the knowledge base was amazing. The design from start to finish. Each rock was hand picked, hand sculpted. It's not a pool, it's a work of art. If you want a pool that is special and unique, Blue Haven Pool and Spas is the right company. If you don't want to worry about perfection, make the right choice, Blue Haven Pools and spa. The waterfalls after a hard day at the office, wow. This company is highly recommended, and also a person I just meet recommended the company. These are things you don't take chances in. You are handing over large amounts of money on faith. This company has been around since 1950. My kids got burned by the wrong company. Don't take the chance, hire Blue Haven Pools.

After every step in the process we had to clean up the trash left between sub contractors. Even though we took down a section of our fence next to a new construction lot, so they wouldn't screw up the drive they still drove a dump truck of gravel into the back yard and broke a 10x6 section. (Not there problem). Have complete disregard for all landscaping, had to bring in my own yard grader to fix there problems. They said a pool cover was included and after everything is finished try to get you to pay an extra 5k for it. Buyers be warned they will screw you

In the words of another reviewer this is the most unprofessional company we have ever had to build a pool, and we have had 3 pools built. If I could give them a minus star, I would. Poor communication. Equipment and supplies not delivered or not even ordered. Employees unprofessional to the point of rude. Plaster looks terrible and that's after draining it and repolishing it twice!! Slop and glop inside both skimmers. Copping coming apart, and it's only been one year. I could go on and on. Do your homework and find someone else to build your pool!

This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever done business with. Getting any sort of…read morecommunication throughout the process took multiple attempts on our part before we got so much as a response. Oftentimes the responses were minimal and did not address our concerns. There were issues during the build process like mis-laid tile, crooked coping, complete destruction of the yard and sprinkler, etc. When I brought up the sprinkler damage I was told that they would place a steel plate to prevent further damage after the repair, and that did not happen. Trash was routinely left all over the yard along with remnants of rebar, PVC, tiles, etc. They used my paving stones from other areas not in the worksite to help hold down their materials. I all, the work crew was very unprofessional and not respectful of the area. I was left to clean up after the work crew, because none of them took pride in cleaning up the job site as they went. Additionally they pulled/plugged the wrong drain upon install, so as I was filling the pool it was draining into groundwater. Many of the problems were as a result of lack of supervision. There was at no point routine checkins from the owner or another foreman, so workers were simply left to do as they please with no quality control or checks in place. We finally, 5 months later got to a somewhat finishing point, and now, after nearly 8 weeks we still cannot get a response to complete the punch list items. Our contact person has quit and I have been contacting the owner, Brian, for weeks with absolutely zero response. The auto-fill/leveler was not installed as discussed at design, so with the increased rains I have had to frantically and repeatedly call to get someone out before the pool floods over. I still have not been shown how to complete this as a result of their lack of installing the auto-fill/leveler. We requested a UV filter pump and that part is STILL not here, even though we signed the contract in August 2021. The pump will not properly communicate and continually shuts off. One of the spa jets is broken and does not spin. The spa jets are not consistent in their placement; some are exposed about 1/4in, and other 1/2 in. There is no consistency, nor are they flush as you would expect with a spa. The bubblers are not consistent on the tanning ledge; one is weak and one is strong, sometimes only one works. There are footprints in the plaster from where someone walked on it before it cured. For something that was supposed to have been an exciting home improvement project, this has been nothing short of a nightmare. If I could give Signature Pools a 0 star I would. I would NEVER recommend this company, ever.
