Their techs always seem to be knowledgeable and able to point me at the currently required supplies. The prices are always a tad more than I'd pay online, and in some cases, quite a bit more, but overall, that's a tradeoff I'm willing to make for a company that will test my water for free daily, if that's how often i want to do it. Plus, this is a case of plugging the $$ back into the community, at least in taxes and salaries, since Leslie's is a franchise; but that's life, right? I'm a pretty sold customer at this point, and don't see that changing.
