When we moved to the area we signed up with aqua rite to come once a week to clean our pool... initially everything was fine we had a great guy coming to clean the pool and then he was promoted and from then on out they kept changing our pool person and each one was just as lazy as the next ... but that's not the worst of it... the manager BJ never did his job never followed up with us on our request to look at the pool pump since it was having issues... I called the office and was told ohh we will be there by Friday.. Friday comes and goes and now it's been 3 weeks and 3 phone calls to BJ and still no one showed up and no return calls from BJ... we cancelled them and found a better pool company who actually does what we pay them for. My point being is .. if u want to get continuously blown off by them and the manager BJ and piss money away go right ahead and hire them but if you want actual work and good work at that we highly recommend looking elsewhere or you're money and time will be wasted.

I was told someone would come out,answer questions and give me a written estimate.This was the end of my good experience with them. Someone came out and gave little to no information. I asked , what size heater should I get? His response.. as much as you want to spend . What about this model that you sell ? I don't know about that one . How much will this cost ? Around 4,000. No written estimate , no suggestions, nothing. My googling provided more info. It was a complete waste of time. I don't know where the technician came from , I assume this store , but he was not a good brand ambassador for Leslie's . Me walking outside and standing there for 5 minutes talking to myself would have yielded the same results .

He does not stand behind his products and completely ghosts you when an issue arises, including not answering his business phone during regular business hours. He sold me a $1650 + item along with my Doughboy pool that took it out of warranty, until I dismantled it. I now have my a salt cell chlorinator, less than a year old on market place at a major reduction. He refused to respond, even after getting my attorney to write a letter indicating there could be further consequences. He honestly thinks he's beyond the law or common sense customer service. That's still pending the direction of going. I can say that Doughboy has been amazing working with me, getting me an original pump back at no cost, including hoses, guiding me on how to cut my vacuum hole that wasn't cut out of the vinyl, getting my pool back into warranty, and some other guidance that was required. The pump was replaced the first month in, with a non brand pump by Bruce. Don't ignore the signs folks. Our investment is too high to deal with this type of customer service.
