Everything is straightforward as described. The program is broken into 7 lessons, each with a short quiz at the end. The final test is 25 questions. Everything is easy and most choices on the multiple choice questions are obvious. You go at your own pace and the program saves your progress. The material is written well and is fairly interesting. Depending upon your reading speed it might take a 2-4 hours to complete all 7 sections. This is a great choice for completing traffic school.

The representative was unhelpful, refused to offer any type of assistance and simply repeatedly spoke over me saying the website is very clear. He was always patient, professional, and very experienced in teaching new drivers. Sevak was calm and very supportive which is crucial to build confidence in new drivers. My son enjoyed the lessons and chatting with Sevak. He was always very punctual, communicating clearly, and provided feedback after each lesson; taking the time to speak to either myself or my husband as well. It was reassuring to know my son was in safe hands while learning to drive. My son even asked me to text Sevak after he passed his driver's test and share the news with him, that is the type of connection they had which speaks volumes and Sevak, of course, was very happy and proud of his student (my son). As other reviewers have mentioned, Daniel is so knowledgeable about every aspect of instructing "how" to be a good driver, why you need to maneuver the car this way or that way, and took my son on all sorts of streets and freeways and different situations. And yes, Daniel is very funny (in a subtle way, I've noticed myself) and very very patient. And my son can attest to these comments!
