His quote was $50 higher than the lowest quote I got - but Ben got the job because I liked him immediately when he came to do an in-person estimate - while the lower bidder gave me an estimate based on a "satellite picture" - not in person. That factor is important to me, as it should be to others. Ben told me he could make my deck (which I last cleaned 15 years ago) look like it was brand new as well - so he power washed that about 10 days ago.
