Ladies even if your insurance company refuses to repair your car unless you use this shop, stay away. There isn't enough space to share my horrible experience being sent to this place. Since my insurance company didn't have another company to sue for "repairs" to my car because a hit and run driver caused the accident, I was sent to the worst and rudest place around. I returned a day later attempting to resolve the shoddy repairs in addition to the damage caused by whomever "worked" on my car I was told "little lady" you just don't remember causing that damage or understand mechanical issues". I had to just get in my car and leave. That was June 2024 and I'm still dealing with my insurance company. I happened to mention I was a mechanical engineer after being told I was basically an idiot who couldn't remember having accidents or understand anything mechanical. Stay away, stay very far away. They must get business doing insurance repairs because customer service is not one of their strong attributes. I have been here multiple times because of an unlucky car (only one of four incidents was my fault). They always get the job done right, but I have had issues with my car being damaged during repair. Most recently, I found groups of cuts in the steering wheel leather when picking my car up. When I told Lester's, they passed it off as "cracks in the leather from the sun," yet it had been raining/cloudy for the past two weeks. I received a somewhat rude response when I asked if there was anything they could do to fix the damage. I am considering finding a new paint and body shop for any future needs. A shop accidently causing damage is manageable until they refuse to acknowledge that they might have caused the damage and make up excuses instead. I hope they can fix this. Also, there is usually white powder on the lower deck, floor mats, and lower door when I pick up my car. read more

WORST SHOP EVER!!! I would highly advise that you do NOT have Lester Body & Paint Shop perform any services to your vehicle. This company is paid in full via your insurance company, but they do NOT perform the services promised to you and your insurance company. They perform "patch work" to your vehicle and pocket the extra money. When you or your insurance company pay for new parts they lie about replacing the parts. I also advise women to avoid this shop especially. They will attempt to play on your lack of knowledge of vehicles if you are not familiar with the services. There is not a rating less than one, but they deserve just that. read more

This is a company that knows the meaning of going the extra mile! My quote was the best out of 3 quotes on repairs, the check in and check out was flawless. The work done was top notch and they had actually touched up a couple of paint dings at no extra charge. I can't say enough good things about them. I brought my car here after somebody hit me. This shop had done a car for us years ago, and had done a really good job. Apparently craftsmanship and quality have gone right out the window, the paint looks terrible, it's full of runs, they scratched up parts of my car that were not damaged before while installing parts, and the gaps between my bumper and fenders are not closed properly. I had to take the car back to them twice to try to get these things corrected, and they still look the same. They left the interior of my car covered in sanding dust, I am not happy. They will never get another opportunity at my business. read more

Customer service over the phone was lacking, when I got my car back one headlight had to be replaced, so one was new & the other was old , they didn't match, when I was asked if I was pleased I said no it looks aweful, my response was 'well that's all the insurance would pay for"duhhhhh, you could have called me to inform me it looks like crap, but we can make it look better & told me how much more it would have been to make it look ok. Paint job is less than desired. The wrecker driver was nice. The lady who answered the phone was NOT helpful & had a sour attitude. Go somewhere else if you want good customer service. read more

Rude and horrible. I'm calling progressive insurance to not send people to their shop. Left my car a complete mess.

I took my car here to be repaired after someone hit my car in a parking lot. They left the repairs unfinished. They painted the bumper which does not match the color of the rest of the car & one of the lights is still broken. Ot seems as if they "repaired" it with used parts. I am completely unsatisfied. I believe in supporting locally owned businesses so I chose not to have my car repainted by a local car dealership that contracts with the insurance company for quotes. I had read the reviews but wanted to give Lester's body shop a chance so I stopped by to share the quote and talk about doing the work. John and the staff were knowledgeable and courteous looking over the car and discussing the process. I chose to have them do the accident repair as well as a dent removal. The bumper looks great and they didn't charge me for the dent repair because they felt it "wasn't 100% removed". ( I offered to pay for the removal because I had difficulty finding the dent that they felt was only 85% removed.) I would definitely go back to Lester's Body and Paint shop if I had a need in the future. read more

Strongly suggest NOT using Lesters. We had a truck with front end body damage. After two weeks, we got it back with visibly crooked bumper and fenders, paint missing, screw, trim and other parts missing. After three days, went to fill up gas tank and fuel hose was not there, leaving an open gas tank that we had been driving. They sacked for a second chance to make it right. We said absolutely NOT and insisted that they tow it to Jim Hartman where it was done correctly. Run, don't walk!! read more

Had a truck repaired and repainted due to hail damage at Lester's. The job was terrible! Paint,body work,overall professionalism from a insurance backed company was awful. Had to have them redo a lot of paint, overspray was awful, bondo in seams that was left,sanded and painted over, the sanding dust was in every part of my interior and engine bay. They could have at least cleaned the mess they created.There is no quality control by the owner and I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. read more

Horrible, this business and the man in charge Keith Preston are a joke. He is a huge hyprocite and in it for the quick buck. I made a huge mistake as have other people and reviews I have seen. Do not give this guy money or let your insurance do it! He doesn't appreciate his customers. My car came out with oxidation, I had glass everywhere still and even had different badges on my original SHELBY. This guy doesnt even know his cars! He tried charging me out of pocket when I have 500 dollar deductible and my insurance paid over 13000 dollars. I ended up given him 700 out of my pocket just so I could have my car with damage that cost me 600 more to fix out of the oxidation and scratches they had left! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!
