They didn't want to repair it just wanted to replace my 3 month old tire. I didn't want to do so asked them to put my tire back so i can brought it home so my husband can fix it. They told me it's not safe to drive with that tire. But came out they pumped the air to over 50 psi( which recommended only 42 psi). It was very dangerous. And i have 2 kid in the car with me. They don't even care about your safety. Just money

In July 2024, I…read moretook my father's Subaru down to Diamond from Sautee, GA (45 miles away) and got a wash and detail. I emptied the contents of the car so that the cleaners could clean everything. Before getting out of the car, I pointed out two stains (one on the ceiling above the driver side door and one on the ceiling in the rear seat) and asked they be cleaned. When I got the car back to go home, I didn't notice until I got home that the stains were not touched and the glove box was DIRTY...crumbs etc. They are so busy they miss details. I drove my dad's other car down to wash and detail it and was told they closed for the day. No notice on their FB page of the closing. Oh well. I drove back up to Sautee and waited for another time. Today was the next time I could go down (a few months later...now Feb 2025). I called Diamond to make sure they were open and when they were open. I was told at 9:30 that they were opening about 10:30 or 11 due to the cold weather. I drove down and got there a little after 10:30. I was told they weren't opening the wash/detail until noon. I explained to the woman at the counter that I called after 9 and was told 10:30 or 11. She replied the weather was to blame. I said it was sunny outside and the person told me 10:30 or 11 am. The young woman said the workers weren't coming in till later. Oh....so the workers come in when they want and I guess leave when they feel like it. The young woman got snotty and said "Honey, come back later." I'm not her honey and her rudeness is a fine example of why young people need training to work with the public. I will never return to Diamond again.
