Seemed like a pretty interesting spot. I think they are not just a food truck now. They actually have a storefront. The spot serves all the typical Mexican offerings like tacos, but I decided to try out something a bit special: the birria pizza. Unfortunately, it was a bit of a letdown. The pizza came with a tiny portion of consomme, but the consomme itself was solid. The pizza, though, was surpassingly bland. The beef was fatty. The outside was dry and didn't have much flavor. Cheese was unremarkable. Nothing really stood out, and for the price, I wouldn't try it again. All in all, maybe the more authentic offerings are better here, but the birria pizza was a no go for me. read more

Okay so "Let's Taco" bout it!!! March 28, 2026 is a day that will forever be marked in my calendar. I have had some tacos and they have been good but to make me feel like I was at the party and with the family is a understatement. I heard the music playing and the children laughing... mind you I was sitting in a small restaurant front in Murrysville Pa on route 22. I will never eat another taco unless it's from there. I stopped by Let's Taco while running my son and his friends around. It sits right on 22 relatively close to Franklin Regional High School. The place is small, but clean with limited seating. The gentleman that took my order was friendly and helpful. I ordered 3 tacos. He suggested that any type of taco was recommended with the exception of ground meat (just because it was boring.) I did asada, El pastor, and carnitas. Each had a lot of flavor and had a couple of sauces on the side to try. The asada was my favorite of the three. Three tacos was $12. read more

We were really hoping this would be our taco takeout go-to. We ordered a selection of chicken and beef tacos. The presentation was lovely but alas, things just did not taste that great. Wonderful find with this one. Right off of 22 hiding in plain sight. Easily the best Mexican cuisine I personally have had in the North East states. We tried the queso and chips, chorizo, pollo, and carnitas tacos, and I was able to grab a birria taco as well. We also snagged a side of their fresh guacamole. I dont even like avacados, and I ate that cup up like it was my last meal. Everything hit it out of the park with a special nod to the birria, carnitas, and the guac side. The plate(s) came with salsa verde and roja, with the red packing a nice, but not painful, heat. read more

Let's Taco is next door to Ramen Mart so you can order food and shop while waiting for hot, delicious Mexican food. I haven't had any selection that wasn't incredible. Let's Taco is a food-truck business that sells...you guessed it!...tacos!...but also burritos, quesadillas, chori pollo (chorizo chicken), nachos, quesabirrias (which I think are a cross between a taco and a quesadilla), churros, and beverages. Currently, prices range from $10 for three tacos to $15 for a quesabirria. Recently, I was a customer of Let's Taco when they were a vendor at the Pittsburgh Taco Festival. An employee promptly and kindly greeted me and took my order. Within several minutes, she prepared and handed over my three tacos. I had ordered three flavors of tacos: asada steak, barbacoa BBQ, and al pastor pork. All three were prepared Mexican style with cilantro and onion. Wonderful traditional Mexican, and American style tacos. Great menu choices and meat options. One of the very few places around that has lengua. Extremely friendly staff.
