ALL! -Prompt polite communication, updates via text and phone regarding timing of drop off, and pick up. -Set up was the most organized, thorough, and safe I've ever witnessed. They ensured they didn't place it in any areas that seemed unsafe, laid down a large, double layered tarp to protect the bounce house as well as my grass. -Extremely warm, friendly staff. Jasmin, the owner is so beautifully helpful and thoughtful. She has a way about her- that makes your day just that much brighter. -Her staff were all so very professional. Each one of them carefully set everything up under her guidance, and took it down with ease-without interrupting the party. -They vacuumed, sanitized, and double checked the devices to ensure all was in tip top shape. - They educated my husband and I on how to operate, how to resolve any issues if any were to arise. And provided a number to text in case any issues did arise- but of course that wasn't needed, as it was well put together and in great condition. I'd give them a 5 stars if it wasn't for the delivery and set up fee that appears at checkout. So while you're shopping you'll see the bounce house price. And then price increases quite a bit once you're about to input your credit card number. Nothing major but just a budget surprise.

Canceled the outdoor portion due to weather 2 weeks prior to the event and instead of charging a cancelation fee and returning the remaining portion of the deposit $280. John kept the entire deposit, blocked me to avoid any additional conversation while I was trying to get clarification and recalled the previously emailed contract for reference, which did not specify that cancelation would forfeit the deposit. Sad but bitter end to me being a loyal customer. Thereby saying, be sure to lock in before you book, otherwise your deposit will NOT be refunded.
