Company was extremely unprofessional and rude. I almost never post and have had good experiences on yelp finding a company over the years but this was something different. 1. Was lied to about a flat rate quote. I clearly explained what needed to be done in the yelp request was told one price and when I went back to confirm got a different price. I said ok fine. 2. Guy shows up to my house a full hour early while I'm at work still. He gave me a 2-4pm window and comes at 1pm. 3. I try to find a time to reschedule (there's no emergency here thankfully) and he says it's 1000 dollars plus the repair to come on a Sunday. 4. Says photos will be taken down like in the past. Clearly this isn't the first time. There are a lot of companies to choose from please pick someone else. read more

I'm so happy I found Gint here. There were several problems but the first thing I noticed was that the sprinklers were leaking quite a lot and running down my retaining wall. Gint is really smart and immediately diagnosed that it was a valve issue. He replaced a valve but it still leaked, and he found out it was actually two valves connected for the same area. So he replaced it and the leak stopped. I forgot the name of the gentleman he works with but also wanted to say thank you to him! He helped repair broken water lines that some coyotes chewed through. What I really appreciate about Gint is his thoroughness and he really wants to make sure everything is working right. (So you don't have to call him back the next day!) Water can be such a pain because it can come from so many places and it's hard to always fix but Gint and team did a good job. Hopefully I don't have to call them back any time soon but if I do need irrigation/sprinkler help they will be the first I call! read more

We had all kinds of issues: dry spots, overwatering in random areas, broken heads, and a timer system that made no sense. Gint was super thorough. Excellent service - highly, highly, highly recommend! Not only is Gint a super nice person, he is smart, is responsive, you can trust him and he explains everything. He showed up exactly when he said he would and was also available at a time that worked for me. I am so happy that I found him! I had a loud, grinding, vibrating sound for one of my sprinkler zones and it was a valve that needed to be replaced. Gint has every possible part needed to get the job done, and this valve was an old fashioned brass one that was replaced with a beautiful new one. More than just the valve had to be fixed and now it's whisper quiet. Additionally, he checked the whole irrigation system in the front and back yard and showed me where one zone had damage from some gnarly tree roots from a giant and very old Liquid Amber tree. Not pleasant to deal with. I have an injury and asked for help with a quick 10-minute glue job on a compression tee, which I couldn't do myself. Their service call minimum is $385, so I explained this might not be ideal for such a small job. The response I received was rude, essentially saying "it's not free" and "it's a service", which I already understood. Gint is the sprinkler whisperer. We closed on a house a couple months ago, and came to find out the entire irrigation system was completely offline. Wires cut, dripper lines misaligned/torn, valves not working, and sprinkler heads broken. He spent an entire day out there diagnosing what was wrong, and a couple more visits out there everything was fixed and working. Our backyard also had this giant area filled with gravel, and for the hell of it I asked him if it was possible to accommodate a lawn with the current irrigation lines. He said the water pressure was good enough that with an extra line run to one side of the lawn, and some different sprinkler heads on the other areas of the yard he said it was possible.
