I showed up five minutes after they opened, on a Monday, and the parking lot already had more than 10 cars, so I was worried I would have to wait. When I got inside, I counted 4 people manning the counters, and 7 customers. I waited less than five minutes to be called to the counter, and Ida (not sure of the spelling) the agent was very pleasant and efficient. I was there to get an international driving policy, and Ida filled out my forms, took my payment of $36, took my two passport photos, and I was out the door in about 20 minutes total.
