Understanding the situation, they kindly offered to wait me for a bit past their closing hours. Second, the staff there were super friendly, there was a new employee, a lady working on her masters in nutrition, she was beyond kind and helpful. My point is I went into this passport center recently because my 9months baby needed a passport and I had no idea they weren't taking walk ins that you need to make an appointment due to covid. Well like me there were so many more and they were rude and yes there is an employee there who to be honest at first I thought oh no he's going to reject me and be so mean but he was fair and just funny in his own way. He said because I was the first walk in and there was another behind me that he would just take us two mind you it's an hour till closing he didn't have to do that. Long story short I didn't have the proper documents with me and had to leave and I thought what if I try and go again the next day maybe just maybe I'll be seen and there was one gentlemen a younger guy who was so rude and so unhappy with his job that he treated me like I was a piece of shit and I wanted to react but I said let me just stand back and wait to see if maybe I'll be offered an opportunity to be seen by the other representatives and I was. And it was the gentlemen who has a funny sense of humor that may come off as rude but he was great, patient and nice and I was able to send my application which was my goal. As a result, I'm extremely happy and pleased and grateful I was given that opportunity. My point be kind and take everything with a grain of salt and enjoy the services at this passport center.
