The price was right ($30 dollars for a one way trip or $50 round trip), and the pickup location was very convenient - right outside the Starbucks on Park St. The gentleman that runs this service is a sweet and personable. Though I was the only person on the shuttle at the time, he honored my appointment and delivered me promptly to Newark Airport. My only complaint is that the shuttle does not run after 6 at night. When being dropped at the airport, I was horrifically surprised when they told me the quoted price was each way. Sadly, the start of my vacation was spent standing in the road at the Newark airport drop-off, arguing for ten minutes on the phone with the business owner. He attempted to compromise, but it wasn't enough. A week before my trip, I emailed the owner for a clarification of their charge, asking, "do you collect half each way?" His response was, "yes, we do". I can't ever use or recommend this service again. The owner should learn to write clear emails and utilize formal price quotes like other car services.
