If you've ever eaten super fresh eggs, then you know there's a considerable difference from supermarket eggs -- even the organic and free range eggs that you can buy in a supermarket. Cedar Gate Farm eggs are excellent (or woohoo as good as it gets). I bought 2 dozen for $12.00 ($6.00 each). Definitely worth it, IMHO. Excellent flavor! An egg farmer once explained to me that a fresh egg has a firm jelly-like white when cracked opened, and an egg with a watery white is not fresh. The store is small, adorable and clean located on a real farm in Denville, NJ. You can see the goats, chickens and other animals roaming around. I love what they did with their property. They put a ton of work into it and it's meticulously maintained. They have a few other items, but I was really only interested in the eggs and they didn't disappoint. They have a few vegetables, homemade pickles, goat cheese, honey, jam, country-style gifts, a small selection of candy, etc. I think I saw a sign for pie, but don't recall seeing any -- maybe sold out.

This is a wonderful place to bring the whole family. They have about 12 different trails, all…read moreseparated in different levels of difficulty. The trails are free to enter but they do request for volunteer donation for non members. Different tiers of annul membership available to purchase at main office that comes with some wonderful perks, such as free access to trails and special events. The main office also has some of the exhibition items like insect box and turtle box. Outside the office there's also bird and butterfly cages. We went to the center for our daughter to participate in butterfly feeding event. Upon arrival we found out we had to buy the tickets for one of the two scheduled events. Luckily there were slots available to the second event on the day. The ticket was reasonably cheap, only $8. It also came with an additional bird's exhibition that took place right in front of office deck. All the stuff members were very friendly, informative and interactive. We spent wonderful couple of hours here on beautiful warm summer day.

They were stellar with handling the children during Covid and allowing them to play and learn while introducing them to martial arts. After that program ended they followed up and we decided to enroll our 9 year old into their Martial arts program. So far all staff and other parents have been super helpful and welcoming. My son enjoys his class and I enjoy all the scheduling and class options. I must also note their communication, facility, and systems are the best. There so ahead with the contactless options, app, and roadmap which is vital as a new participant. I am always kept informed early on of what's going on with any changes or updates. Their YouTube content has also been very helpful and I often refer to it when I have a curiosity. The girls are all treated like they are family there. All the teachers/aides/staff know their names. The girls run in and give them hugs. The teachers are amazing. My kids are learning both English, Spanish & sign language. They include math in almost every lesson but make it fun. The girls love going everyday and I don't worry (as much) about them while I'm at work. I'm so glad I chose this place to help me watch/teach/raise my kids.

IN 1 LINE: A night of artistic learning and fun!…read more VENUE: The first thing I noticed was how big this art studio is, which allows for more than one class to run at the same time. My class was held in the back studio which made it feel like a private party. It even had an area with ice and glasses (wine and beer glasses) and a counter top to set up the desserts we brought.  *My family and friends were there to celebrate my birthday, and my mother said that all of the staff were very accommodating in hiding my ice-cream cake. :) Our instructor also gave many breaks and opportunities to eat and celebrate. I really enjoyed the music that played during the class too which created a casual and relaxing night. TEACHER: We loved our art instructor, Justine, who has the patience of a saint! She made the class fun and reassured all of us that we would all be able to complete the selected painting of the night. She was encouraging and lended her gentle guidance and expertise. We never once felt rushed, as each of us took our time to paint. She led us step by step, teaching techniques along the way. Thank you for a great night!
