Visited HuckleBerry again, and while it's still a great time it was way more chaotic than it was just a few weeks into their opening. Totally makes sense, because word has gotten around and it's an incredible spot for your kid to imagine and play. Especially when the weather is cold. With that said, I wish that they announced birthday parties on their IG. When a party is going on they are 10x more crowded, and you really can't grasp how crowded it is until after you pay and enter the facility. I also wish that they had more than one stall with a changing station. Strange considering it's a venue for children. In any case this is still such a wonderful facility and it's bigger and better than anything else around. They are well-staffed and a a good job of keeping the space clean and organized, even when it's super crowded. We love it here - a dream come true for my kids!

It was our first experience there, I was looking for something fun to do with my kids and we got lucky and went to the right place! They loved it and definitely want to go back. Perfect for their ages 3 & 5.

We had my son's 3rd birthday party here. Eugene and her team went above and beyond! From accommodating the theme we wanted, to picking the menu, and setting up the room exactly the way I envisioned, they really made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. We had lots of kids and adults and they all fit comfortably in the room they provided and everyone had a blast! Such a clean playground area too!

We had my son's birthday here a month ago and Eugene and her team were absolutely incredible! From accommodating the theme we wanted to setting up the menu, to making sure we had the room looking exactly like I wanted, they really went above and beyond! we had lots of kids and adults and everyone fit well in the room they provided and had a blast. Thank you so much!

Great staff, cleaning and tidying the entire time. Lots of different areas for different ages. Can get a little crazy when a camp comes in but they offered us free coffees to make up for it- a very nice and unnecessary gesture. The kids had a great time!

Finally got to take my 18 month old here and was not disappointed! Ive been to quite a few child play places and this by far is the best one! The place was super clean, organized and just so adorable and well thought out! My son had a blast.. got out all his toddler energy! Highly recommend!

First off she provides bibs hanging in the eating area to use as we all know kids get food everywhere on them at this age. The bathroom has several sizes of attached seat covers so newly trained kids can easily use the toilet, a changing table- and most of all, free diapers organized and labeled by different sizes! This is unheard of but such a lifesaver. Now for the playspace itself. It's new, clean, well laid out with lots of options including a book room, painting and drawing table, slide with climber, dolls, play kitchen and various other small movement items. The painting area is also very well organized and labeled. It's never been too crowded and I've gone twice on weekends. Only bummer is lack of parking but you can park in the Burger King Parking lot if there are no spots behind the building. Reservations recommended but not required.

It's such an incredible place - with an almost overwhelming amount of Magnatiles lol - to activate children's creativity and imagination. The Magnatiles are helpfully sorted by color and shape in wooden bins. Kids can complete builds and challenges, and collect tokens to trade in for prizes. There were some pretty impressive structures in progress there. In addition to the main Magnatiles room, there is also a separate playroom with different activity stations and play/exploration areas, suited to younger kids. The recommended age range is 4-12, but my under-3 toddler had a great time as we play with Magnatiles at home and he loves them. He also spent some time in the playroom with the wooden train tracks and checking out various things to do. The admission charge for adults is slightly cheaper than the child pricing. A couple of parents - way more skilled and inventive than I - were building some pretty grand castles and towers as they waited while their kids played. The space is bright and clean, and the staff are very nice. For parents who don't wish to be "in the trenches" with their kids, there is a small cafe area with chairs and tables where they can hang out.

Although the time is running the staff is easy going and doesn't make you feel like anything is rushed. Only 3 staff members handling about 30 Kids and 30 Adults and it just flowed. I got so many compliments from friends about how enjoyable and easy the party was because with 30 young kids things can get crazy. Would definitely recommend and do another event here. Unfortunately, after our experience, I feel like there are several operational and safety issues that need to be addressed. About a week before our visit, I started seeing posts on social media showing extremely long lines. I initially considered booking a birthday party, but since I didn't have 10 kids, I felt like paying for a full party package would be a waste of money. Instead, a few days before our visit, I went online and made a prepaid reservation for 12:00 p.m, including spectator passes. We arrived around 11:40 a.m., which was 20 minutes before our reservation. Despite having a reservation, we did not make it to the check-in counter until approximately 12:35 p.m. What really bothered me was that when we finally checked in, our time was started based on our original 12:00 reservation time. We had paid for 120 minutes, yet through no fault of our own, we had already lost a significant portion of that time standing in their check-in line. I felt cheated out of something I had already paid for. I do want to make it clear that the employee who checked us in was nice, efficient, and patient with everyone. I had absolutely no complaint about her. In fact, throughout our visit, most of the employees we encountered were pleasant. My issue is with the overall operation, organization, and setup of the facility. The parking situation was the first indication of the problems. The parking lot does not appear large enough to accommodate the number of people this facility attracts, especially when other functions are taking place in the area. It was extremely congested just trying to get into the parking lot. The reservation system also did not make sense to me. According to the website, a reservation was required, yet when we arrived there were two lines--one for reservations and another for walk-ins. Even the reservation line was extremely long. If customers have prepaid reservations for specific times, there should be a more efficient process to get those customers checked in so they are not losing time they have already paid for. The stickers were another issue. The stickers placed on us came off extremely easily. I repeatedly had to pick them up from the floor and make sure the children still had theirs on. I repeatedly had to pick them up from the floor and make sure the children still had theirs on. The raffle-style tickets being used for laser tag also need to be reconsidered. Those tickets are flimsy, easy to lose, and are the same type of tickets that can easily be purchased online. How are children expected to keep up with a small paper ticket while they are jumping, playing, going down slides, and getting on rides? We were also given cards that were supposed to be stamped for each ride. However, the facility was so busy and the staff appeared so overwhelmed that our cards were not stamped most of the time. If the card is being used to control or track ride access, there needs to be a better system and enough employees to consistently enforce it. One situation in particular really bothered me. I was standing in line with the children in my group waiting for a ride when a staff member brought two people to the front and allowed them to go ahead of everyone who had been waiting. One of the children with me was even asked to get off because the seat was needed for someone else on the Grave Digger ride. When I asked what was going on, I was told they had paid for a party and had "paid a lot of money." I responded that I had spent a lot of money too. My group consisted of 8 adults, 7 children, and 2 babies under the age of 2, and by that point I had spent well over $1,000 on this birthday outing. I ultimately had my group get off the ride because I wanted them to be able to ride together. That made the situation even more disorganized because the employee then had to get my people back off, allow several other people in line to ride, and then put my group back on so they could ride together. It held everything up unnecessarily. he food and dining area were another issue. The food line seemed to be going in every direction, and there was no organized waiting area. After ordering, it took approximately 25 minutes to receive our food. At one point, the register system went down, so employees had to begin emailing receipts. People were everywhere in the dining area, and the entire setup felt chaotic and overcrowded.
