Victoria performed Nanoblading on my eyebrows and I am literally in love! I have gotten my initial appointment for the service plus a color boost and I have had no issues whatsoever. This permanent makeup has taken 20 mins off of my makeup time! This is a professional place from top to bottom. Very dissapponted with her false response. I did inform Tina B. of my medical condition, Multiple Sclerosis. I also exceded a 24 hour cancelation which is the courtesy normally requested from professional medical providers. There was NOT 72 hrs between the time when the appointment was given to me and the hour of the appointment so obviously a 3 day cancelation notice was impossible. This is about fair and ethical business practices, and the consumer needing to take care of their healthcare needs while receiving goods and services. I don't believe a "board" would disagree if given accurate facts. read more

I have to downgrade this from two stars to one star. Upon contacting the business to let them know I was unhappy they really didn't care. They didn't offer to try to fix it, they didn't offer a refund, absolutely nothing. What bothers me the most is the fact that they continue to use my photos. Just this weekend they posted a before picture that was someone else that the after photo is me period again today they posted my photos but this time too before and after were me. Comment was left under the post stating that the before and after we're not even the same person and instead of removing the photos all they did was delete the comment. It's just all very shady and clearly they don't stand behind their work. On 8 February 2015, I contacted Ms Tina after doing my research. She was the best in the area and closest to my military base. I have spare eyebrows that grew asymmetrical. She understood what I wanted, using the hair stroke technique to make my eyebrows symmetrical with a nice arch. On 10 February 2015, I had my first appt with ya Let's Face It. She marked me up & got started. Under the light, it looked ok. Over a period of a few days, it healed. Over a few weeks, it lightened as she predicted. However, it became obvious that my eyebrows were not symmetrical but I figured that she would correct it during the touch up. On 19 March 2016, she was suppose to correct it. Instead, she made it more pronounced and obvious. Since then, I've spent my mornings dabbing concealers & using eyebrows pomade to hide this now grayish blue monstrosity. I've spent a few hundred dollars just tinting them to try to change the blue color. 23 July 2018, I contacted Ms Tina to tell her about the issues with my eyebrows. I informed her that several estheticians have advised me to get it lasered off because it was too damaged, blue, uneven arches & asymmetrical. She sent me a screenshot of an ink retailer to contact I guess to figure out how to undo the type of ink (organic) that was used on me. In September 2018, with heavy recommendations from my dermatologist, I started my laser tattoo removal to undo what she did to me. I successfully completed the last treatment on 5 January 2019 with a total cost of $450. Now, I'm in no way bashing Ms Tina. I just happened to be one of the unlucky customers. My results were so bad, she didn't even post them to her page. I'm disappointed in the services she provided & in her for not properly owning up to her mistake. She did not offer apology, empathy, or even a partial refund to fund the correction. I paid in full for her services & I paid in full to undo her mistake. I would definitely envy anyone to look else where because I did my research for months & according to her Facebook reviews, she was amazing. Makes sense now huh? I received training via her in house training, while she is definitely good at what she does, she is not a very good trainer. I went back in to recieve the extra training she promised if anyone needed additional help, only to find she did not have time for me she passed me on to another person. This happened on two occasions. My opinion seek another trainer!! over two thousand dollars spent even after practicing EVERYDAY for several months, and for hours a day and I have nothing to show for it but a case and supplies which I could have gotten off of Amazon for A LOT LESS THAN $500. read more

OMG Tina is the best! Everything from her ideas, office environment (cross between dentist and doc office) and her office assistant. Tina is so thoughtful and full of incredible ideas and focuses on what you want, what will look best on you and what father time will do to your colors. Without a doubt the best thing I've ever done for myself! I had my eyebrows and eyeliner done. If I were doing it all over, go to Tina (check), go with darker and thicker eyeliner (like she suggested, but I was a chicken!) and I would have enjoyed a nice glass of wine before and after the experience! Yup, going back for darker and thicker eyeliner! And lips - next spring! First time tips: you will look interesting as soon as she's finished. Don't panic, trust it will be perfect. Get ice on your face immediately and follow her post care instructions to the letter. The next morning when you wake up, yup your eyes are swollen. Get that ice again, keep it up all day. You won't want to be in the office or with clients for a few days while you heal. By day five the eyeliner is AMAZING, day seven "hello brows) and day eight "hello gorgeous"! read more
