Rebecca, the owner of LSD, was amazing to work with. She was efficient, prompt, and easy to get ahold of. She provided her services for up to 2 weeks leading up to the wedding. She helped coordinate all of my vendors and created a schedule for our wedding day. If there were any issues that arose from the wedding day, I never heard it because she took care of everything! My husband and I were just told where to be and what to do. We didn't have to worry about any decision making on the day of the wedding and neither did any of our family members. She even helped us set up our 450 jars of apple butter for each guest (we had 450 guests)! She was the best $800 bucks that I could've spent for the wedding day because my husband, my wedding party, my family, and most importantly I were relaxed for our entire wedding day thanks to her and her LSD staff. Due to being here with family temporarily and the military, we ended up having to go back to our home in another state earlier than expected. We were told this wasn't a good enough reason to cancel and weren't allowed to, but could reschedule. And as stated, we are in another state and aren't able to reschedule. We were more than accommodating when we had already showed up the day of our scheduled tour, and I feel as if Character Connection Co. was the exact opposite for us and only care about getting their money. They failed to send a final confirmation the Wednesday before the event, and when asked about it, they blamed it on "technical difficulties". Great venue, bad ownership.
