My wife and I had arranged about two weeks in advance for our "contractor" to come and hang our new flat screen in our bedroom. The appointment was confirmed several times in the interim. I called last minute asking for at home help with newly installed TV's and Sound Bar, since we just moved here to Moorpark, and could not connect to Apple TV via Spectrum.
