Really horrible service. Ben did not fix the problem I had, said he would have to come back with a new part (which it turns out I did not need). Never came back, never called, never texted or emailed, never responded, never communicated in any way. Just abandoned the project and disappeared. "Ben" i think his name is Shlomi based on other reviews did an amazing job helping us move our LG G3 tv to our new house, wall mounting the tv to be flush with the wall, and installing 4 surround speakers (surround and surround back) by running speaker wire through the ceiling and wall. He installed a box to wire all the hdmi cables through the wall and moved our electrical outlet so that the tv sits flush against the wall. He patched the holes too.
