The Cecil White Piano Company has had my piano for three ( 3) years. We reached an agreement in…read morewhich we would receive approx. value for our Piano when in sold. In interim it would be added into their rental program. Since that time I have received two nominal checks for quarterly rentals,in which I had to eager Cecil White to provide after , literally 50 phones calls before he returns a message. When I received the check he provides no invoice for the services , so I don't what they are fore, or how much is renting the piano. For I know the piano has been sold. I have placed at least 10 calls to Cecil over the past two months asking for a update, a check , or plans to get my original piano back in my home. Still no return calls. I am not sure how this company has survived for the over 50 years they have been around. The provide the poorest customer service I have experienced. I would recommend anyone looking to see their piano to steer very clear if this company. In all fairness they may be great service, but its hard to believe with they way they handle customer requests. I don't get final resolution I will pursue a legal path. Mike Cerone

The owner/director is extremely rude to the staff and does not create a healthy work environment. There is also a clear bias and disrespect toward Americans, which is deeply concerning and unprofessional. Teachers are emotionally abusive to the children and lack patience, especially with kids who have special needs. If your child needs extra care or attention, this is not the place for them. If your child misses a day, there is no follow-up or concern from the school. Communication is nearly non-existent. Children are often not properly supervised, raising serious safety concerns. Staff are punished for taking time off, which leads to frustration and burnout--and unfortunately, the children feel the effects of that stress. Our oldest loves to come back and visit, he looks for several of the teachers that taught him many years ago that are still there and they love to see how he is doing. Our little one never minds being dropped off for a day or week of fun(even after being gone for weeks at a time). We actually moved a good distance away and had to drop him off at a different facility a few times(that didn't go to smoothly and my standards have been set too high with our previous school) so we make the drive back to Primrose at East Lake where we know he will be happy, safe and have a blast! I have seen post regarding their infant room- I can tell you for over 13 years at this school that the infant room ladies especially their lead(who has been there since my 13 year old was in the infant room) love and care for those babies immensely! You can feel it when you walk in and when they speak to you about your child you know they are attentive. Along with the entire school, most of the staff seem happy and even teachers that don't have our son still call out his name and say hello. The facility is always clean and the owners just gave the whole place a face-lift and it looks great! It's very well cared for, you'd never know it's one of the oldest Primrose schools. The front office staff are in good spirits, professional and willing to help answer any of our questions. When I drop my son off I feel GOOD, I feel like I can handle my day without worry- and that's important to me!

Ms Cinnamon & Ms Crystal have been extraordinarily kind to our boys, and accommodating to us as parents. This is an older Primrose school, on a smaller lot, so it's not as fancy as the newer schools (no music room, no chef kitchen, no hypo-allergic playground) however the staff is caring and kind. In 6 months of attendance with 2 kids, I have nothing but nice things to say about the teachers & staff.
