This person that I dealt with either does not like me or she needs to be talked to on maybe getting to work earlier to set up so she does not leave paying customers outside. BTW. Way too many negatives in my first experience with this place to want to do business with them. Brianna said she would call me back by the end of the day but didn't. When I called her back because I didn't receive a call back from her, she told me the manager would call me back but she said she had no idea when that would happen. Since 2003, I have suffered with moderate to severe back pain. Over the years the medical approach…read morehas been to treat the pain with medication, physical theory, and epidural injections. A recent MRI of the lumbar spine region indicates that my spinal stenosis is worse since 2003; with moderately severe degenerative disc disease (L1 -L5) has progressed. Surgical procedure was discussed with my doctors like; Lumbar Laminectomy, Spinal Fusion and Minor Invasive Treatments like; Endoscopic Discectomy, Inspan Screwless Fusion System and Neurostimulation. These recommended surgical treatments may have reduced my pain symptoms; but would have limited my mobility as an active older adult. Before agreeing to have any surgical treatment, I decided to try Dr. Shenita Staggers DC IAM Chiropractic Theorpy; which I learned helps with back pain by restoring proper movement / alignment, reduces muscle tension and pressure on the nerves. Dr. Staggers and her staff reviewed the medical history regarding my back issue and devised a treatment plan that included: rehabilitation (to help improve my mobility), adjustments (to realign the lumber area / reduce pain), administered TPIs Trigger Point Injections (to reduce muscle tension), TENS Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (to stimulate sensory / motor nerves) and continuous reexaminations (to evaluate my progress). However, you can appeal the decision by asking your healthcare provider to submit a written request for coverage explaining why CLT is medically necessary for your condition. Cold therapy devices are covered under the Durable Medical Equipment benefit. Cold laser therapy may be covered by Medicare as a form of physical therapy or rehabilitation, depending on the type of care you need. I was told by the then case manager that I would be reimbursed for any unused CLT I paid for. I spoke to Derek (Owner) and Office Manager mid-January regarding a refund. He assured me I would receive my end of January; it is now March; I called and left a message for Derek and still have not had a response or a refund. Nothing they did worked for me, the adjustments by the chiropractor, trigger-point injections, CLT, and light PT. I am now facing bilateral SI joint fusions. They kept saying I was doing better, the CLT was working, etc. That is quite a sales pitch when they don't listen when you tell them nothing is working. For the above reasons I would not recommend this business; however, some clients are very happy with their treatments.
