Sad to say, never coming back here! I never leave reviews but this was such an insane experience I was forced too. This place used to be amazing, my wife and I would go for a couples massage every now and then but this last experience was actually insane. The message was actually horrible, barely any oil was used and quite honestly was incredibly painful for both of us. There was no consistency to the message whatsoever, and we were both left exposed multiple times with the door open. We paid for the full massage at $200 in cash regardless of this experience, but did not leave a tip for obvious reasons (first time in my life I have not left a tip). Tell me why they came running out to our car to ask us why we did not leave a tip, this was seriously something from a movie. I asked them if we forgot something and to make sure we paid for the full massage at $200, they said "yes but no tip" and I said, "Are you saying we didn't pay for the massage, are you charging us for tip?" and they said "no but like when you go to restaurant you leave a tip". I said, "I'm telling you we didn't have a great experience so we won't be leaving a tip, I'm not contesting you on the price of the massage." She said again, "but no tip" -- and I had to start rolling up my window and motion goodbye, and said thank you one more time. Whole thing was insanely uncomfortable for us, I've always tipped but unfortunately here I was truly uncomfortable leaving a tip and we won't be back. read more

I have been to this place twice and was very disappointed. I reached out to them over email and never got a response. My first time to the spa I got the last appointment of the day and was rushed out since they were closing. The second time I got there right on time and by the time I got to the massage room it was 10min later and they took that out of my massage time. It is not a place to relax and everything is rushed and to the next client. It is very pricy for what you get. I would not go back or recommend to anyone. I got my eyelashes done here yesterday... and I'm not too happy.. I'm in a lot of pain. I myself am a lash artist, and the pads were not placed correctly on my eyes and she pulled back my lids too much and now I have a really bad chemical burn in both eyes.. I called and she said just come back in and pay for a removal.. I made it clear that it wasn't my eye lid that it was my eye ball. Now I'm lost and don't know where to go to get my eyes looked at. read more

I booked an appointment online at 9:35am for a 5pm 2 hour appointment. I received an email booking confirmation. I got to the shop and she didn't have me down for an appointment and said she never received my appointment. Absolutely amazing experience! My sister in law & I came here for a massage and facial. First off, the prices are great, very reasonable and the experience was wonderful. I had my massage first and it was so relaxing , just what I needed after a stressful week of finals. Next I had my facial & I picked the deep pore cleansing facial. She got every single clogged pore on my face and my skin feels and looks amazing 3 days later. My sister in law loved her massage, she said the lady that did hers helps get knots out of her back and neck and her back pain is now gone. Just because you get a good deal on Groupon doesn't make this deal a good choice! I didn't catch the ladies name who actually did my lashes but from the moment I called for my appt I should have known it wasn't a wise decision. I went in for my full set and was up sold to "better quality" lashes but when she finished I still had the original Groupon offer lashes! So I paid for "better quality" lashes only to have to same ones applied. During the service, she continued to walk out of room to attend who ever walked into the salon. She took phone calls and booked appts while I had my eye taped shut. It was only supposed to last 2 hours (1hour each eye) and I was there 3 whole hours! Next, my eyelashes were so clumped together and uneven on both sides I wanted to cry and rip out my lashes from the disappointment. Within the week most lashes on my right eye have fallen out due to them being glued to my skin not the actual lash!!! If you are wanting lashes do your research and don't settle for a cheap, on a whim lash service because so much is a stake. read more

i wish i could give no stars. i went in and got all set up for a acne facial. the lady was doing fine at first but when further inspection on my skin was done she told me my skin was terrible and i would need to come back for another appointment in three weeks. she said i have "too many black heads and it was gross". she then proceeded to tear at my face with the pimple tools until i was bleeding and crying on the table. then she told me she had another appointment at 6. my appointment started at 5:30. i told her i couldn't take anymore of her digging at my skin and she said okay and slapped some lotion on my skin and said i was done and then tried to charge me $120. i was in shock. by far the worst experience i've ever had. not to mention she left the room at least 3 times to check on other people in the waiting room. unbelievable. this place has ruined my love for facials and self care. read more

I got the 1 hr massage, 1 hr facial and 30 reflexology package for $100. It's a great value. The "spa" is bare bones (i.e., no candles, water features or aromatherapy), and you can hear everything going on in the place (ringing phone, front door being opened, the conversation in the treatment room next door). Sue gave me a fabulous massage (the facial and reflexology were just ok). That said, I will be back for another massage - with these prices I can get one every week! read more

Gave 2 stars because of the fact that it was a good deal. But DO NOT get your lashes done here! I do not have sensitive eyes. But the morning after I got my lashes done my eyes were so bloodshot that you could not even see the whites of my eyes. It did not appear to be an allergic reaction because there was not any puffiness. After 2 days of entirely red eyes I removed them with olive oil. It took 4 days of rinsing my eyes in the shower and taking an antihistamine to finally get my eyes back to the normal white. I did get lashes elsewhere and did not have a the same reaction. read more

I have to tell you that I have never been treated better by any business. The staff are so kind and caring.They have never rushed my time. They are always on time with in 5 to 10 minutes. NOW for the important part, I have been going for a little more than a year and a half because the quality is the best. Serenity spa is the best. Ask for Awen she is an expert with eye lash extensions. She is gentle and has a variety of looks to choose from.

UNsatisfied. No STARS if I could. Had a reaction the lash glue the minute I left the premises. After 2 unsuccessful attempts to stop the burning and tearing with airdry to which her unconcerned response was 'you should have got silk lashes they look better, they better for you' (silk was $40 more dollars) I paid $47 (tip included) through Groupon. On the 5th day I could not stand the burning, watering that turned into slight conjunctivitis (swelling and redness, inflamed) I had my daughter apply ardell lash remover and take each lash out. 90% of the glue was on my lids (they were to apply as close to the lidline WITHOUT touching lidline) which explained my reaction. Won't be returning. Wish I could've gotten a refund to apply to the $38 tube of Gentamicin I purchase. read more

I've only gone to serenity spa for eyelash extensions and don't recommend it at all. clumps of fake lashes were just glued on and they looked super cheap and unnatural. i ended up just letting them all fall out and i'm super unhappy with how my natural lashes look now. they're so damaged and much shorter and i wish i never got these extensions. never doing this again. read more

THEN, I had my lashes done and my eyes got stuck together. The Esthetician was not gentle separating them either.
