We had a wonderful conversation about our family as she has kids and me being pregnant, she drove very smooth. Sometimes you luck out and get aggressive drivers that are jerky and not as friendly but she made this experience so pleasant. As an added bonus, they had snacks, candy and magazines in the back, windows tinted and turned on the air conditioning. She made sure that I got to my destination safely and on time. My experience is that since we had a group of 15 girls, we did not want to pay through 1 person as that would incur over a bill of at least $15K. She promised me that each person could call in separately and pay their portion of the trip. We were able to do that smoothly with the deposit. However, when everything was due, she asked us for one lump sum. So one of the girls had to put everything on her credit card, which was what I specifically wanted to avoid in the beginning when we were working with her. This was just one example. I found that her information was misleading, wishy, washy and I do not trust her. I've never used a travel agent before until now, and thanks to her, I have a bitter taste in my mouth.

Day of the trip, the buses don't show up. I called Victor, he picks up and says he will check on the drivers. Then radio silence since. I called another 18 times from multiple different phone numbers. I sent emails and called our previous bus drivers from this company trying to reach anyone. We spent hundreds of dollars on food, event registration, and over 300 man hours preparing for this event, and they don't even have the decent to call back saying that they don't have a driver or they can't make it. We waited for hours before finally giving up and sending everyone home.
