This place! I was traveling from MN to CO when my van broke down... To start this review off from…read morethe beginning....the tow truck driver was super awesome and friendly! He called everywhere for the next city up to keep me headed in the right direction. When no one else would take my van that day, he brought me to his repair shop. He was communicative and easy to chat up on the drive there as well. After being there a while I could tell they had plenty on their plate that day. And let's just say my van wasn't exactly a walk in the park... but they still managed to help me and with incredible customer service I might add. Not only that but the repairs didn't break the bank! I had my pup with me and everyone was really welcoming and even gave my dog some food while we waited. :) I hands down recommend this place not only for their work but for being a trust worthy, honest and caring business. The guy on the phone who calls me 3 hours later states "I guess everybody before me with this company passed the buck and dropped the ball so I'll be there in 1.5 hours". The pure unreliable, poor customer service, and selfish actions deserves 0 stars. I have never been so disappointed with a company in my life. What a terrible company and the pure disrespect to a customer is unacceptable. I don't even care to read a response or hear an excuse. Take accountability and fix your business. BE WARNED!!!! The reception was pleasant and precise. It was getting dark. They got there quick. The truck was clean, inside and out. The diver was more than helpful. He went out of his way to take us to a gas station for a few items. Then, because he knew that we were planning on doing the repair ourselves, he drove us past the various auto parts stores in town. He pointed out a few good places to eat, then took us to our hotel for the evening. He even rolled our vehicle off the truck into a spot that he knew would be shaded in the morning so we didn't roast while doing the repair. Over and above the call of duty. Thanks Toby ! My small old dog quickly became distressed by the heat (panting, lethargic, vomiting) that I was terrified she wouldn't make it home to Chicago. Thank GOD for Lonny and his team! No leaking oil, no low oil levels, no oil warning light, no oil on underbody, zero drops in my parking space. The quote sent to my phone does not include any dollar amounts. They only gave me the two dollar amounts over the phone. I asked them to print the quote but they did not want to, they said it would be about 45 pages. They charged me $63 for the worthless quote. I'll never be back. If I could rate it zero stars, I would.
