This is my second attempt at posting a good review for this company! I see there are at least 16 more 5-star reviews of this company that Yelp is refusing to add to the overall star rating of this company and I am now suspicious of Yelps rating and review process. I am going to attempt to review this company one more time and if they remove it, I am going to remove myself from Yelp and not use this service anymore. I hired Level and Square Construction & Remodeling, LLC to take over the lifting and renovation of my home in Toms River NJ. The previous contractor was fired due to workmanship issues. Level and Square came in, removed footings and foundation previously installed and replaced with a new footing and foundation. The also did a lot of renovations and added a fiberglass deck to the rear of my house, windows and doors, new siding, cultured stone to the front of my house, new stairs and deck to the front of my house. Level and Square Construction & Remodeling, LLC. did an amazing job and I highly recommend them for masonry, concrete and remodeling work. I will use them again!. read more

I've used this company several times throughout the last seven years, every time they do not disappoint, from masonry work to construction of my home, they went above and beyond, Sal and his crew were respectful of me and my home and worked diligently to get the job done. He always responded promptly with any questions or to handle any concerns. They did several other projects in my neighborhood, the work they did there was compatible to the work at my home. My previous contractor (hired to build my house) took off with a lot of my money and left my new home build in a complete mess, I was referred to Sal by my neighbor on Niblick, he did their job, I was not disappointed! I highly recommend Sal and his company, they just recently fixed a mess created by a stone that flooded out my ground floor area and started creating a mold situation. We used Sal and his team to do a complete renovation of our home. He was referred to us by one of his previous customers, Barbara Boer. He was a bit expensive but after receiving several quotes from different companies we were impressed with the detailed contract which was very professional compared to his competitors. We felt comfortable after meeting with him several times prior to finalizing the contract with them. Although the timeline was extended due to inability of his vendors to provide materials in a timely manner due to material shortages, the project was completed and we were happy with the outcome. In addition, he stands behind his warranty. He did our project back in 2021 and we had to call him back for a warranty issue, he had his men complete the repair. I hired Level and Square Construction & Remodeling, LLC after having to fire our original contractor. I was very pleased with their service right from the beginning. They took over our house lifting and alteration project, finished the masonry portion, had the house lowered and completed all connections to utility companies as well as built new fiberglass decks, outdoor shower, the list of work they completed seemed endless!! We definitely recommend their services, their employees were also very knowledgeable and professional. I would hire them again for any home improvement needs I would have in the future. read more

we used Level and Square Construction & Remodeling twice, both times they did an awesome job! The first job was replacing concrete around our pool and the second time we had a foundation issue that they corrected for us. Sal and his team were very professional, neat, and we are very happy with the results! The first job they ever did for us was the pool concrete work, that was two years ago, and they just recently finished our foundation repair. I highly recommend them. read more

I needed a concrete patio laid in my backyard and this company was by far the best decision I have ever made. Working with Sal and his crew (John and Kyle), they have seriously made my backyard a paradise and did it in no time. I had a concrete extension done on my property from Level and Square, great service! The gentlemen showed up on time, dug up the area to be done and poured the concrete the following day. I had an emergency sewer line problem with water backing up in my toilets. I call Sal at Level and Square construction and he told me he would be there first thing Monday morning.
