And, of course, it occurred on a Sunday afternoon. Knowing that the company handling my warranty would not be available for at least a few days, I searched out to companies that were available 24/7. Orlando Appliance Repair was one of those companies. Upon calling, the customer service rep put me in touch with their field-rep, Igor. I described the problem and he planned to show withing two hours or less ... on a Sunday afternoon! My refrigerator came back online and I contacted Igor to make him aware and cancel my appointment. He understood and just simply cancelled my appointment without fuss or cost. If a company can be this prompt and respective to new clients calling on a Sunday afternoon that they would end up not be getting business from that day, I can only believe that their actual work would be first-rate and I would not hesitate to connect with Orlando Appliance Repair for any related needs in the future.

He explained the problem and ordered a part. He scheduled an appointment to return the next day to complete the service call. The next day, he showed up on time and completed the repair. It's been a few days and the problem is fixed. I am not sure if the fee was reasonable. It's the first time I've had to repair an appliance in over 10 yrs. He was not shown the terrible rusting and the poor cover up before purchasing. We have had the washer for less than two weeks and I noticed a chip at the bottom of the washer after doing a load. After inspection I noticed some chipping around the bleach reservoir and removed it to find severe rusting. The rusting wasn't just in the one area but extends around the majority of the top. I am not happy with this purchase at all. Update: My husband called and they took the washer back without question. They also refunded the delivery fee. I was able to get a brand new washer for an extra 50.00 (because of the return + refunded delivery fee). The man my husband spoke to over the phone wasn't there but he made sure to tell the man who was there our situation and told him to take care of us. I am very happy with the second purchase and their customer service.

He told me the washing machine you sold me is defective. The mother board is the problem as to why it won't fill up and the sensors are not working. I paid you for this washing machine and now it is useless. I've had to purchase a new one since you won't respond to my texts, calls and have taken advantage of a senior citizen who trusted you. Please be aware when using this service. They are not reliable, trustworthy, and won't sell you a working product.
