Highly recommend! Had a 20 year old high end gas range oven that would cost over $3k to replace. The door of the oven would no longer close due to an issue with the hinges. I called a few places on Yelp and all of them said they can't promise to fix it since replacement parts were discontinued and still would charge a high fee just come in person and diagnose. My ice maker in my Kenmore fridge was broken; the "paddle" that let's the machine know if there is enough ice or not, was what broke. I called them and they were able to get someone over the same day! He confirmed we would need to order a part, but was able to put in place a temporary fix while we waited. He charged me $50 for the visit that day, which would go towards the total I had been provided as an estimate. The parts took about 1.5 weeks to come in, and his fix held until the day before he returned with the new part. When he took out the old part and tried to put in the new part, he confirmed they had matching part numbers and plugged in the new ice maker. However, it imeadeatly started pouring out water and not stopping. He quickly determined the old part and the new part, while sharing the same part number and plug shape, had a different configuration of pins/wires within the plug and probably meant the part had been revised. He quickly cleaned up the leak and was able to move the new paddle over to my old ice-maker (the paddle was not sold separately) and get it all put back together. Since he didn't put in the entire new part, he gave me a discount against the estimate. All in all, RepairPro was fast, communicative, inexpensive, and friendly. I i will use them again! read more

We had our GE washer that was a little over a year old serviced because the water wasn't draining. We paid $356 for them to replace the main control board. I was hoping to save some money and not have to purchase a new washer since the washer was practically brand new. The first time they came out to install they installed but the board wasn't the correct one. So they had to reorder and come back to fix the problem. After they fixed the problem I noticed the smart dispense feature on the washing machine was no longer working. This was working before we had the machine fixed. When I asked them about this they said that is a result of the motor board not working now. They wanted another $377 to fix that issue! I wasn't about to pay another $377 to fix it that would basically be the cost of a new machine. So I just proceeded to use the machine without that feature setting. Now 3 months later the washer machine doesn't work anymore! The cycle starts and doesn't fully complete. I personally feel that the fix they did for the other part broke another part on the machine. If I had know this would be the end result of having them repair our machine I would have just bought a new machine instead of wasting $365. We now have to get a new washer. *******Update****** I had to change my review from a 2 to a 3 since Victoria reached out to me and offered a refund of the $365 that we initially spent. I am glad they are trying to work with us to make this unfortunate situation better. I can say that they are good at responding to customers and are doing a good job with customer service. read more
