As a patient seeking help for pain, communication matters. Before my appointment, I tried to confirm the details but did not receive a clear response by email, text, or phone. When a medical office is difficult to reach before you are even seen, that raises serious concerns about how responsive they will be once you are actually under their care. After receiving no confirmation, I contacted the office. When I did not receive a confirmation of the cancellation, I called a second time and left a voicemail message canceling my appointment a second time. Despite that, I was later billed as a "no show", which is unacceptable. If the office fails to respond, fails to properly confirm an appointment, and then fails to process a cancellation, the patient should not be penalized for that breakdown. I cannot speak to the doctor's medical care because I never made it that far. But I can speak to the office experience, and it was poor enough that I chose not to proceed. For anyone dealing with pain, the last thing you need is added stress, unclear communication, and billing issues before care has even begun. This experience left me with the impression that the practice is more focused on collecting fees than making patients feel heard, supported, and properly cared for.

Only barely 3 figures. We never even received a bill or late notice. They have also sent an amount to collections for me (mid 2 figures, not a joke) for something I have no record of. We can pay and are not criminals because your billing practices are hopelessly disorganized. Untrustworthy and malicious in its practices. Petty in its operations. Avoid. I would sue them myself if not for the fact that unlike them I am mature enough not to care about such petty amounts. Let's all hope the desperation is a sign of imminent failure of their business.

From my first visit I have been very pleased with most of the interactions with staff and Doctors here. Specifically, Veronica the MA in the orthopedic clinic, Dr. Hwang and his PA Michael Cunningham as well as Heidi Tyson my rehab therapist are all excellent. My experience at the surgical center was also as smooth as I could have possibly imagined. The staff, nurses, and anesthesia team were great. I never felt like I was in a scary hospital setting, and people paid attention and checked in on me often. As a fellow healthcare professional I know how to run a business and care for patients without my office feeling like a people mill. This is not like other large clinics or hospitals I have been to. It feels more personal and more like a family practice.

I tried several other methods of pain relief, but nothing truly helped or turned the healing process around. My chiropractor finally recommended that it was time to see Dr. Jones. He shared how Dr. Jones had helped heal his own shoulder and encouraged me to go for an evaluation. I am so grateful I did. From the moment I met Dr. Jones, his gentle and informative approach put me at ease. He took his time to explain all treatment options thoroughly and answered every question I had. He is professional, kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in the well-being of his patients. After his clear explanation of the different procedures, I chose to move forward with PRP. To my surprise, the very next day after the procedure, I had no pain. I immediately felt relief, was able to sleep through the night again, and could complete my work duties without discomfort. I honestly couldn't believe it, what a tremendous relief! I returned for my 6-week and 12-week check-ups, and I am still pain-free. I highly recommend Dr. Jones. His expertise, professionalism, and sincere care for his patients are truly exceptional. If you are struggling with ongoing pain, he is absolutely the doctor you want to see.

Yet, 2 receptionist and several more people in the back for ??? You text to get an appointment The Dr sees you then prescribes a treatment. If you get medicine, sometimes it takes weeks to get. You then see the Asst. from then onward. then the receptionist calls to give you another appt 5 weeks later so you're always out of meds a lot. They also make you fill out a daily 4 questionnaire w/o telling you they charge you for this. No one checks this information. In my case they would request from my insurance company for treatments i hadn't agreed to, they charged me for extended appointments when I saw the Asst for less than 10 minutes. I finally told him I was done coming, yet I was charged for 2 more months of visits. I had to file a claim with my insurance company. I finally got the amount I was supposed to pay from over $1,000 to $90. I would avoid this office. The receptionist is nice.

His office staff was cordial and friendly, he does not belong there and needs to be fired.

The one who I read had openings was not my first choice, so I was led to believe that another doctor, whose online bio appealed to me, would be shown the form I filled out and I'd get a response. So, I never got a response. I called in June to remind her and was told "the doctor was on vacation" blah blah blah. She promised she would show the doctor my inquiry and I'd hear back either way. This didn't happen. That conversation was on June 5th and it is now over a month later. I give up on this practice. How can you be offering "concierge" medicine which is supposed to devote extra time to patients and completely ignore a potential new patient who is willing to jump in and pay the practice MONTHLY whether being seen or not? Ugh.
