His quote initially seemed high, and when I asked him about it he straight up said "Yes, it is high. And I'll tell you why..." and he proceed to explain in plain terms the extra work his crew would have to do to get past all the leftover concrete debris buried from an old demolished building along the fence line. We received delivery of seven skids right away, along with the other material we needed. It had rained the morning of delivery, however, that didn't stop the delivery driver from proceeding right up through the side yard, partially into our neighbors yard too, and tearing it completely up (approx. 12-14" ruts). Our neighbor called us first to let us know what had happened, then we received a call from Tom Curley. Tom said Curley Bros. would send in a professional landscaper to fix the damage once things dried-up, and he was contemplating on firing the delivery personel as well. About a week later they did show-up and rototilled, layed minimal top-soil, and grass seed. They also cut the internet cable going into our house we would later discover. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to know. We were very pleased with Ryan Curley, who spread the top soil. We met him in the yard and he siad after the new top soild settled, and we removed the pallets from the yard, he would come back to repair the ruts underneath the pallets. Once the yard settled and we got the pallets moved, we called Ryan to come back to spread more top soil to fill the ruts. Ryan said he would be out that day. Tom Curley called us immiedately after hanging-up with Ryan to tell us the pallet damage to the yard was part of construction and our responsibility. We explained it was not the damage from the pallets we were concerned about, but the ruts underneath the pallets caused by the moffett. We compromised and agreed that if Ryan brought the top soil, we would provide the grass seed. That was almost two weeks ago. They never showed. We have since hauled-in the top soil to repair the damage ourselves. What started out to be a pleasant experience ended with very poor professionalism and customer service. We were not asking for anything unfair. We just wanted what Tom Curley had told he was going to do and we simply wanted our yard put back the way it was.

However, the fact that I keep calling the company and getting voice mail, AND never getting a call back, is very aggravating. We just gave them $3k, and they won't return my calls?!? Also, our sales person left the company and they didn't bother to tell us. So - we do have an installation issue, and I can't get a return call. This does not reflect on Tyson - but it sure reflects poorly on PolyPro.

Tyler Lucas and his crew (Tyson and Treyvon) worked nonstop through the day to get it completed before wet weather moved in. We have had Tyler's direct contact number and that has led to a much better experience. He has been great at returning calls and working with us to get to favorable results. 8/1/26 It has rained since last night. It looks good even with the continuous rain. Photos will be shared after the surface can be accessed in 72 hours from application. Previous experience: We have been dealing with this company since April 2026. On April 6, 2026 we got a quote and paid a large deposit to get our pool deck done. Prep and Installation began on July 13, 2026. The original application was not completed and what was applied had awful looking defects throughout. We were told that no one could come to repair and complete the over 2/3 remaining surface for a week. We were able to get a company rep to come and take a look at the major defects in what was applied and it was decided that it had to be removed and the application would have to be redone. The 2nd application seemed to go smoother however as it progressed it got worse! There are obvious inconsistent lines in the coating 'seams' in half of it. We were told when they left us with this that these would blend in as it dried. Of course, they said that the remaining balance had to be paid even though the finish still does not look good - paid in full, in person at the Indianapolis office Tuesday, July 21, 2026. It is now 3 days since the application completion, and the ugly squiggly seams are still just as obvious as they were when the crew left. It is a waste of time to try and call the phone numbers that are on the website or on the documentation and contract. No one answers and no one respondes to the messages. Possibly if the application of this product was done correctly maybe it is a good product, as well as the customer service during and after the application. However, the aesthetics of it is not acceptable. I will keep this updated in case we ever get the situation corrected or if we continue to have unsatisfactory results. July 28, 2026 - a new crew (Tyler, Tyson and Treyvon) arrived and removed the part of the coating that displayed the inconsistent seams from the last application. We are able to contact Tyler directly for ongoing correspondence. July 31, 2026 - the crew arrived here to reapply over the concrete surface where the previous application was removed. We should have an update and photos in 72 hours from this application.

We hired this company to build the fence for our rental property and, to be fair, there are two…read morepositives worth mentioning: they honored the pricing they originally gave us during the slow season even after the project was delayed due to neighborhood association approvals, and the finished fence itself looks good for the price. They build a solid product. Unfortunately, the customer service experience completely overshadowed any positives. This was actually the second fence we purchased from them, and we had communication/customer service issues the first time too. Working with Priya is extremely difficult. The moment there's any disagreement, question, or hiccup in the project, she becomes defensive, combative, and outright aggressive. It got so uncomfortable that I started recording our phone calls because of the way I was being spoken to. That is not normal, and I've never felt the need to do that with another contractor before. Scheduling was also a mess. I understand fencing companies work around weather, but this project dragged on endlessly. Weeks passed between signing the contract and actual work beginning, then more weeks between phases of the project with little communication or follow-through. I also strongly suspect they regretted honoring the original quote or underbid the project because random extra charges started appearing later for things that were never quoted upfront. For example, they removed the old fence during a separate visit. No price was ever discussed or approved for that work, then weeks later they suddenly tried to charge me for it. I also noticed the gates were missing handles to pull them inward -- something I assumed was standard on any functional gate. Priya initially tried to tell me that handles are not standard, then later agreed to add them... only to try charging me separately for those afterward too. It honestly felt petty and spiteful. At the end of the day, yes, they build nice fences at competitive prices. But customer service matters, professionalism matters, and how you treat people matters. I will never do business with this company again because I refuse to be spoken to the way Priya spoke to me throughout this process. Completely unprofessional.

My builder told me to go there to get sealing material for my driveway to protect it from salt. They had it and have good assistance to advise you on the best option. They had everything I needed to go home and get my driveway sealed for just over $100.00 which is a pretty good deal. They have a ton of equipment to rent as well for sanding down your garage if you are epoxying it. Right downtown near the colts stadium.

Brewer did a tile job for our hall bathroom in 2022. We had the best crew. We did a brick…read morepattern on the floor and the tile lines were perfect. The grout matched perfectly and the sealant has lasted into 2025 with no issues. They also completed the project in a week. In 2024, we hired them back to fix all the issues we had with our master bathroom remodel that was done at the same time by another company. This other well-known Indianapolis company had to rip out our tile twice as they couldn't line it up, put the wrong tile in, and couldn't lay it straight. Brewer came back to reattach the corner seat that had fallen off, re-leveled the threshold as the glass door was hard to close, and redid the grout on the shower floor and all the sealant in the shower as the sealant had completely come off. Again, this shower was done in 2022 by another company and took 2 1/2 months to complete before we fired them. We couldn't have been happier with Brewer. Margie L

We chose Indy Decorative Concrete because of their reputation and referrals and were initially very…read morehappy with the appearance of our patio. We truly loved it. It was beautiful the first year, with only a few scattered popouts. Unfortunately, our experience over the past three years has been disappointing. Within the 3 year warranty period, our patio began developing widespread popouts. We reported the issue during the warranty window, repairs were completed, and an additional $800 was paid to IDC during that process. Despite the repair, which we appreciated, the condition continued and worsened over the past year. Most recently, June 4th, while simply rinsing the patio with a garden hose, additional pieces of concrete broke loose from the surface, further increasing our concern about the patio's condition and long-term durability. After the warranty period ended, we requested another meeting to discuss the continued deterioration. During that visit, much of the discussion focused on the normality of this condition, with comparisons to our 20+ year-old driveway and repeated suggestions that salt or another product may have contributed to the damage. We explained that we do not use salt on the patio and that the only treatment applied to the surface was power washing and sealing completed by IDC. During this same meeting, we were also told the warranty may have been affected because we had only paid to have the patio professionally power washed and sealed by IDC one time during the three-year period, despite yearly sealing being an additional service at our expense. This was surprising to us, especially since the deterioration had already begun and was reported during the warranty period. When we asked whether customers should reasonably expect a properly installed patio less than four years old to deteriorate in this way, we did not receive an answer. We were offered an additional repair option at our expense, but were also told there was no prior experience showing whether the proposed solution would stop the issue long term. Because we wanted to better understand what we were seeing, we sought opinions from other concrete professionals. Based on those conversations, we have been told the condition appears likely to be ongoing and that repairs may require repeated maintenance and expense over time rather than a permanent solution. We were advised that patching and refinishing may improve appearance temporarily but would most likely not permanently stop future popouts. Complete tear out and repouring was recommended since repairs would be costly and temporary. We understand concrete can naturally have imperfections, and we never expected perfection. However, our contract references minor popouts, while what we are experiencing is widespread deterioration that began during the warranty period and continued after repair. Based on the condition of our patio, which is not yet four years old, along with the professional opinions we received, we do not believe this reflects normal concrete imperfections or the quality of work IDC promotes and are concerned something may have gone wrong with the original installation or materials. We are sharing this experience so future customers can ask detailed questions before signing. What level of deterioration is considered "normal" in the first few years? What does "minor popouts" mean? What happens if a repair completed during the warranty period does not resolve the issue? And what long-term solutions are offered if problems continue? We genuinely hoped and paid for a better quality product and wish this situation had been handled differently. We are left with a patio that is not quite four years old and continues to deteriorate.
