These weren't worn-out items. Many pieces were either unworn or in excellent condition. They called us back and said they decided not to take anything due to the "condition." Three full bags. All rejected. It was honestly a huge waste of time -- especially when you take the effort to carefully select higher-end, on-trend brands. Out of curiosity, we brought the exact same bags to Plato's Closet beforehand. They offered us over $200 for everything. So clearly, the "condition" wasn't the issue. Safe to say we'll be taking our business to Plato's Closet from now on. If you value your time and have quality brands, you might want to consider doing the same. The owner is the most unprofessional person I've ever encountered and her business policies change daily... always to her benefit- never the customer. She refuses refunds except for store credit. Her sizing is a laughable joke as she provides no measurements just models that you're supposed to pick which one is closest to your size and go from there. But don't worry most of her items are vanity sized and she boasts they fit S-XXL just pick a size depending on how much room you need. If all that wasn't bad enough she posts her personal business on Facebook and Instagram and Tik Tok regularly and let me just say her entire persona is extremely offensive. Her coupon codes never work and she always blames her soon to be ex husband who isn't even affiliated with her business. She also frequently posts customer names and addresses on her Instagram! I'll stick to retailers I can trust going forward.
