The owner (Kim) is extremely proud of her business and employees as she should be. She works hard to make sure that all of her staff is knowledgeable about their products. Their inventory is constantly changing to keep up with the latest trends, so that keeps us stopping in every chance we can when we're passing by. First time in this "resale" shop, if you want to call if that. You walk in are bombarded by all new stock items (things they make and have multiples of, very boutiquey) with a price tag of $30+ for a simple cover up or ever $40+ for a shirt. When you DO finally find the used clothes there's 2 racks (double sided with top of bottom) of woman's clothing only. And a small corner of "sale" items, they have a sign saying all sale items are $3 but a $16 shirt I purchased still cost me $10. Yes $16 for a used flannel shirt on SALE for $10! All used clothing will cost you $10 and up. One top I looked at was $25. In the end you're paying full price for a used shirt. I do not recommend this shop. If I wanted to look at boutique items, I'd go to a boutique shop. Do NOT consider this a resale shop. Staff also gave off a snobby vibe and look down on you if you didn't meet their expectations. The only reason I bought something was because my friend liked a shirt I showed her. ‍ Save your time. Go to goodwill just up the street. read more

I am giving an extra star because staff were very polite and somewhat helpful during our encounters. I went in and spoke to a staff member about doing a buyout on my late mother's clothing. I explained, I thought very clearly, that the clothing would be older styles for older women, and in larger sizes. The staff member seemed enthusiastic about getting the clothes and said that larger sizes especially sold quickly in their shop. Based on that response I brought a trunk load of her nicer, newer clothing, some with tags, and made several trips in and out of the store. I also brought in three pairs of ladies' boots. A couple of hours later I got a call stating that they wanted to "pass" on everything I brought because it wasn't "the right style" for their shop. While I do understand that they were not obligated to take anything, I thought based on my conversation the week prior that a great deal of my time had been wasted. I then of course had to come back and collect it all for the same amount of trouble. I also took a walk around the shop to see what they had and for a "resale" shop was pretty appalled at the prices. I don't know if it was the designer label or what but they had a lot of t-shirts for $80.00 and up and one jacket I saw for $130.00. All of these were used clothes and did not appear especially attractive or special in any way. I ended up donating my mother's clothing to the Hope Chest in town and know that they will be reasonable and end up with someone that appreciates them. This shop is nice enough for a boutique experience but is not good as a resale or thrift shopping place. Kind of ridiculous actually. read more

I met Cindy in the store, she's very welcoming and professional. The trendy store is absolutely adorable with how it's neatly and fashionably decorated. Easy to find what you are looking for, very clean and breathable inside, not dusty or over whelmed with inscents or deodorizers.
