I have really bad knees and become so unstable that I through my knee out 3 times in one year. I…read morehad thrown my knee out several time prior but it got to the point where I was scared that I would hurt myself again. I gave Good Feet a chance. My knees were a little achy in the beginning because of the realignment but I'm happy to report that not only have I not thrown my knee out in the last year of wearing them but I'm also able to walk soooooo much more with minimal discomfort.
