I had a great experience at the Levi's store! Isabelle helped me find the right section when I walked in, and I initially came in set on 501s. After showing Bri a picture of what I wanted, I explored options and even checked online selections, and Bri suggested the Levi's 505 Stretch--keeping the look I wanted while giving extreme comfort, perfect for my construction work. They have a great selection and good deals, however the service could use some work. I walked in and an employee looked right at me and didn't say anything. That would be fine except a couple more people walked in right after me and they were greeted and welcomed by the same employee who said nothing when I walked in. The location of the line for checkout is a bit unclear as well. The employee who helped me checkout was a lot friendlier, but the other employees who I believe might have been supervisors or managers were not very personable, at least to me they weren't for some reason! read more

This store never lets me down. I come here maybe twice a year. They always have my size. I always get two pairs of the 541 Athletic Taper jeans. They look great and are very comfortable. The selection here is good, the customer service is GREAT- A1. Very rare nowadays. I literally had to return the Levi's three times. Two because I didn't try them on and they were a bad fit for me ( my fault) and third because the pair was defective and seam was crooked on the leg and very noticeable. I was assisted and sizes were grabbed for me, they saw the issue and returned them no problem. I got a pair that was not defective and left a happy camper. I'm in my my 50s and these young people were absolutely amazing. Every one of them I dealt with. That's ALL YOU EVER RECEIVED back in the day, was excellent service. Which now is hard to come by. Once in a while you'll catch a deal on a pair of jeans, but it's rare. You can easily find a pair at JCPenney or Sears for an almost identical price. However, there are some that don't want to be seen walking into or out of a JCPenney or Sears; these people probably don't wear Levi's either for that matter. Horrible experience with a young, male sales associate. I went in for some midday shopping. The store was completely empty and the associate was "working" with a female colleague. Due to the COVID protocol I was not able to try on a pair of jeans. Since I live in Escondido I asked if there were any stores around me in case I needed a different size. The young man had no idea where Escondido was. I thought ok he is geographically illiterate, perhaps he is new to the SoCal area. So then I asked if he could perhaps check his computer if there are any locations in the San Diego North County area. He immediately responded apathetically not wanting to look it up. So I just left. I stop in after visiting my friend in Temecula during the week. For the record, below in "about this business" it reads made in the USA. Most the items I have purchased from this store were not made in the USA. Read the Tags. WHAT I LIKE: - The location, right off the 15 Freeway, CENTRAL exit / route 74, west of Hwy. 15. - Plenty of easy access parking. - Near a Mall entrance, close to the parking lot. - Store is usually clean. - The staff is usually very helpful and they know their products. - They tend to have sizes you will not find at other stores selling Levi Brand products. - They carry Blouses / Tops made out of 100% Cotton. WHAT I DO NOT LIKE: - Their prices are not what one would expect to pay at an Outlet store. If you shop during one of their sales, you will likely pay just as much as you would at any other store carrying Levi brand Jeans on a non sale day. - The way their register works and receipts print out. Example: If you are going to buy a blouse marked down from 19.99 to 15.99 your receipt will not display the 15.99 price, instead your receipt will display the original price, then at the bottom of the list item it will display the sale price. Why not create receipts that simply show the sale price as so many other stores do? - Last month, my husband and I went in to buy him a specific style and size of Jeans. I called first because we were driving all the way out there just for a particular style of Jeans. Kohl's did not have the size he needed nor do they stock it (odd waist size). They checked their inventory and had what we were looking for. Just as we were about to walk out the door I saw a blouse I liked. I bought it. I got home removed the tag and washed it as I always do when I buy new clothes. I wore the blouse once, washed it again to wear a second time. I wore it a second time, while sitting in a restaurant to have lunch I looked down to place my napkin on my lap. I noticed tiny holes on the blouse. The holes were closer to the bottom hem line. Damn it! I wore this blouse already! I did not notice the tiny holes! I took the blouse back with my receipt yesterday stating all written above. The response I received from the person at the counter: things like this usually happen in the dryer. I replied stating I did not dry this in the dryer. I wash my delicate clothes in a delicate cycle (the blouse is a VERY THIN made out of 100% Cotton), then place in on a hanger as I try not to waste energy unnecessarily. Then she said, we have no way of knowing how this happened and cannot do anything for you, you can call our corporate office. I replied "give me the number". I will update you once I communicate with the corporate office. Meanwhile, CLOSELY CHECK MERCHANDISE BEFORE YOU BUY IT. The scoop top I bought is made out of 100% Cotton using a very fine material. I can honestly say I usually check merchandise thoroughly before paying for it, but because we were already walking out the door, I just checked the line pattern and neckline. I did not look down to the bottom of the blouse and look for holes. I am not accustomed to buying damaged products. Lesson Learned! 4/25/2013- UPDATE: Levi Corporate Customer Service did right by me. They responded (via Writing / U.S. Mail) and sent me a refund. Thank you Levi Brand! Too bad this could not be resolved at the store level. read more

Love this place, Levi's in lake Elsinore is warm and inviting they don't only give you jeans they give you a style!! You don't need to know your size just what you like or want to look like. Their deals are the best from clearance you can find an additional 30-50% off n top of the mark down price and jeans are usually when you buy 2 or more at $39.98 so make sure ur at least getting 2!!! If your spending over $100, which is easy here the mall VIP card ( it's free) just ask for the discount gets you $15 off!!! read more

I went to try on jeans. I started with the classic 501 but they were too tight for my thighs. So I went to the island at the middle of the store and asked the short lady what style had the largest leg room. She replied with no hesitation that it was the 541s. So I tried them on but wasn't satisfied. Asked if there were any larger jeans for the thighs. She confidently told me in short order that the 541s were the largest. It's good she's so confident despite the lack of knowledge. I walked out though assuming she was right and no jeans there fit me comfortably. Well looking online at their website dedicated to finding the proper fit quickly made me realize this manager does not realize what her product has to offer. http://global.levi.com/fit_finder_v2/ff-levis-com/index.html I'm assuming she's the manager since she was the only person that appeared to be working in the store. To give me such very bad information though, since most all the other product numbers have larger leg sizes, makes me wonder if Levi's does any quality control or education programs. Horrible customer service. Attempted to exchange a pair of never worn jeans with tags and stickers still on for the same smaller size. Since I didn't have the receipt they were going to give me a credit of 14.99 and I could pay the $40 difference for the same pair or I could get something from the clearance rack for 14.99 where all the old styles were. What a scam. Manager that I bought the jeans from two weeks ago would not budge. Try elsewhere. read more

Well I went there 3 times because didn't want to drive to Ontario Mills but No they don't have standard sizes 34-32 or 34-34 or 36-32 or 36- 34 ??? They say we might get them in!! Price charged at register was nearly twice posted price, screams bait and switch. We left without making a purchase. We visited the Lake Elsinore Outlets and popped into the Levi's outlet store this evening (Saturday, November 28, 2009) to check out the deals. We found a wall of jeans marked on sale @ $19.99 and since my son wears such a tough size to find (32 waist, 36 inseam) we enlisted the help a pleasant young man who was working diligently to straighten and size the area. After much searching he found what seemed to be only pair of jeans in my son's size. (We actually had to lift the $19.99 sign to find the size.) We pointed out the price tag on the jeans, confirmed with the sales person that these jeans were, in fact, on sale for $19.99 and headed for the register. The cashier scanned the jeans and gave me my total of $40.22. Now I know they've increased the sales tax in California, but not by that much. I pointed out the large sign that said $19.99, explained that we had confirmed with the sales person that that these particular jeans were on sale. She walked over to the wall and came back pointing to a tiny UPC code (not even the style number) stating that this 'item number' was not on sale. I asked her to show me where on the sign the item numbers were listed. She gave me a blank look and said, "This is not on sale." She then made some excuse about it being "busy because it is Black Friday." (It was Saturday evening, the store was not busy and the wall of jeans in question was as neat as can be.) I pointed out the sales person who assisted us and explained what we were being told to which he replied, "Uh, really?" Wow! I'm not interested doing business with retailers that don't honor posted pricing, attempt to double posted prices at the register and do not employ competent staff. Had I been making multiple purchases in the store or paying by credit card, I may not have noticed the pricing discrepancy. The price was not immediately corrected, nor was I given any indication they intended to correct the problem; therefore one must assume this was not entirely unintentional. Additionally, since according to the cashier they were "too busy"; I certainly don't wish to add to their problems. I left and will not return. read more

I went into the Levi's Outlet in Lake Elsinore to exchange a pair of Levis I purchased at a similar store in Baltimore. The jeans were sized as 36" in length but were more like 34" in length. I had no problem with the exchange - I only had to pay the difference in sales tax between MD and CA. They have a large selection of 501s. I would go back there to shop for Levi's 501s. read more

I DO NOT recommend shopping here. The manager, "Adrian", is very unprofessional and does not care about customer retention or satisfaction at all. They do not honor their own return policy as stated on the receipts they give out. Overall, very rude and inadequate management without any care at all about their customers and they don't stand by their own policies. I will be taking my business for buying jeans elsewhere from now on and will discourage friends and family from wasting good time and money here. read more
