Great selections on suits but the lady just made me and my fiancé felt not welcome. I work down the street in old town Temecula and in customer service for 6 years, I don't care if you having a bad day, your job title is it fake it till you make it honey! We walked in and for a good min no one came out to greet us and when we finally saw the lady walk out, she said nothing so to break the silence my fiancé actually said hello how are you, first. We asked about certain colors and she just said "nope we don't have that" I'm not mad that you don't have the colors we want it's just, work on your customer service a little better. End it with, I'm sorry, make a little conversations maybe? Just very blunt answers that made us feel awkward and like we were wasting her time. Didn't even say "have a great day" as we were leaving. I am pretty lost when it comes to suits but the owner was extremely helpful and made the experience very stress free compared to the two stores I previously mentioned. I told her the occasions I was shopping for and the colors I was looking for. She immediately eyeballed my size and had me try on what she picked out and it fit great! I'm a big guy (54), she has a larger selection than Men's Warehouse, and more in stock, and again, pricing was VERY FAIR, and the suit looks and feels as quality as any other I've laid my hands on. She tailored my pants for me, helped me pick a color, and was very patient, and I don't suit shop very often, and really had no idea what I even wanted or how to coordinate colors / styles.
