Super disappointed. DO NOT RECOMMEND. My husband went in for a fitting on Sunday which we made an appointment for. The suit was ordered and scheduled to be delivered Thursday, which had FedEx tracking and email confirmation. When he went to pick it up Thursday evening, it was not there. Grandma's funeral is this Saturday in the Bay area. My husband flies out Friday morning to attend and now has no suit to wear despite spending 3 hours Sunday afternoon at a fitting. In what world is this acceptable? It seems they can't even keep track of orders that are shipped in, so go somewhere else. Save your money! Don't waste your time. They don't care about their customers. UPDATE* So my husband tried go pick up his suit again. Of course, they closed at 6pm on Memorial Day. We had called earlier that morning and the phone was cutting in and out. What we both heard the associate on the phone say was "Well since it's Monday..." and then it cut out so we just assumed it was normal Monday business hours because why else would you begin a sentence like that? What she should have said was "We close at 6 today." It's a holiday. Call any other place and that's how they respond. The lack of efficiency and unnecessary verbosity when it comes to service and communication in this location is beyond frustrating. My husband headed to the store after 6PM unfortunately. For the record, we live about 20 minutes away so it's a 40 minute round trip drive to go each time. So that's an hour and 20 minutes he has driven to still NOT HAVE A SUIT!! (Also gas is $6/gal) At this point, I feel like they should just give my husband his suit for free or perhaps he should return it because this is not how it should be! read more

We had the convenience of returning both men's suits to this location instead of driving back to La Mesa where we originally picked them up, which made the rental process so much easier. I stopped by the Men's Wearhouse in Temecula expecting the kind of attentive, professional service the brand is known for, but unfortunately that wasn't my experience. When I walked in, I wasn't acknowledged at all. Several associates passed by me without a greeting or even eye contact, which made the store feel surprisingly unwelcoming. I spent some time browsing on my own, hoping someone might check in, but that never happened. It wasn't until I was basically on my way out the door that someone finally asked if I needed help -- at that point, it felt a little too late. I ordered my rental tux for my cousins wedding a week in advance abd the young associate which he was new made a mistake and ordered my tux for a month later. Horrible! We are going to a wedding in Italy and needed a tuxedo and a linen suit. The alternations were very sloppy and poor. The adjustments to the linen coat were not done, the tuxedo pants (we bought a tuxedo) were off...one leg was shorter than the other and the shirt they measured my husband for was the wrong size. We are on a deadline and when we took it back there was no tailor available. The lady said they are there every day but we don't have anyone on the Sunday when we went. So basically they are not available every day ...the woman was super rude and we ended up paying another tailor to make the alterations. Service there is a joke! Only one cat there worth a damn, old school light skinned brother hella cool and helpful! 6 stars for that gentleman. For the rest of them, not even a half a star. Just remember, you chose to work there whether they did away with commissions or nots you still need to great the customer within 3 seconds of them coming in. It doesn't matter if you're with a customer or not. In this case no one was with any customers except for one young man working with a husband and wife and he walked by me twice without any kind of acknowledgment! Then some middle aged white guy walked by me twice acting like he was busy carrying stuff back and forth but still no hi, we'll be right with you or nothing. He even made eye contact with me and nothing. Then.... Some young chick working there with enough time to chat and giggle with the other employees but still no acknowledgment. I would only recommend going in there when old school light skinned brother is working. As for corporate, either invest money in customer service training or fire all of them and invest in those people. I will say if you don't mind the drive, go check out the Riverside location off of Tyler by the mall. They take care of business and David the young man greeted me within 3 seconds, read the need, made suggestions, etc.,,, everything that is involved with good customer service. I've been going here for years, and it's steadily declined in service. There was a time when you walked in, and there were multiple employees there to help and give direction. Now, you're lucky if you find one employee who can help - that one employee is juggling various customers, and getting help is nearly impossible. Worst Customer service I have ever had. I was clear about when I needed the suit that I purchased and was told it would be there in time before I left for my trip so that I could have it tailored before I went on my next trip. First the Top didn't arrive before I needed and I expressed my concern about this and they said not to worry that they could tailor it in a day. Purchased my sons homecoming suit on 9/11. Alterations were marked out and the pickup date was 9/25. Showed up on 9/26 and the suit hadn't been altered. They said it would be done on 9/27 after 2. So I went in for a fitting, half way decent experience. Talked with tailor and ensured my sizes. So waiting 20 days for pickup and wouldn't you know it. Pants and off by 1", Shirt neck size off by1/2" Jacket fit chest, however was short. You have to love the used car salesmen heckle. No that looks fine.... no thanks So I call back and ask for manager they send me to Gary. His words: it's not a tailored suit. Does this excuse the service and failure? Your right a tailored suit would fit much better. Second if you mess something up, fix it, instead you heckle and make things worse. I've lived in Temecula for 25 years and have consistently received their dismissive pretentious ridiculous attitude since the opening. It's Riverside county not Milan, stop taking yourself so seriously and make an attempt to be attentive and hopefully sell some product. These comments are consistent with other reviews of the same store so I don't think this is abnormal. We rented tuxedos for a wedding this past week. When we arrived to pick up my suit, there was one person working. She didn't even acknowledge and refused to even make eye contact with new customers and tell them how long it would be. It was almost a half hour before I was acknowledged. When I found I needed suspenders for the suit, it took almost 8 phone calls before anyone answered, and then again the next day to find out if it had come in, I called 20 times and no one ever answered. My wife ran in on her way to the wedding and was told no one could help her because there was one employee working and 6 people ahead of her. I went in and was almost lake to the wedding because it took a half hour to get a pair of suspenders that had been pre-ordered. Today, I took my suit back. Again, there was one employee and several people ahead. Another could told me they'd been waiting a while and no one had even acknowledged them, and indeed no one acknowledged me until I spoke and all she told me what I'd have to wait just to return my suit. I waited a half hour and still no one had helped me. The staff is incredibly slow and indifferent to customers and the store is seriously understaffed. When I told the employee that the management needed to be told about the staffing issue and how many people were upset, she simply informed me with total indifference and still no apology for my wasted time that SHE was the manager. So, my final comment is the manager of the store is doing a terrible job. read more
