I'm not a fan of outlets, but I've visited this place several times. There's a good selection of stores, with many of them having a good selection of shopping choices. The walkways and grounds are always neat, clean and well maintained. The restrooms are okay, but it would have been nice if they had paper towels to dry your hands. I hate those air dryer things. The location is good because there's a nice hotel nearby and decent eating options. If you're thinking about visiting, consider the cooler months because it's no fun walking to the different stores in hot temperatures. read more

Pretty clean place with more stores opening soon. Store Highlights: J. Crew, Old Navy (opens 10/31), Gap, Restoration Hardwood, Children's Place, etc. Food pavilion - 4 restaurants: Johnny Rockets, Villa Italian Kitchen, Subway, China Max. There's an Auntie Anne's pretzel / Cinnabon place For the kiddos: toys r us express and another toy store. Toys r us express is a lot smaller than the real store, but has the basics: Legos, trains, dolls, stuffed animals, sweets, cars/trucks. The train in the front will keep your kids entertained for awhile. Great place to walk around with the kiddos and to kill some time. read more

Yes, one star. No, I'm not being harsh. I find it odd that this OUTDOOR mall has a no-pet policy. There already aren't many great places to shop as far as deals go. There's Rue21 and Nike; H&M if that's your style. That's about it. Their prices are the same as anywhere else, though. But it felt nice outside today and I was nearby so I decided to stop and walk my puppy. We usually go out to the Promenade and get our exercise in, but I was closer to here so I figured 'Whatevs'. We weren't patronizing any stores because, as I said, there's hardly any place good to even shop here. We just planned to walk around and feel the breeze. I swung by Starbucks to grab a drink and then we started our walk. That walk was abruptly ended when a mall security officer stopped me and told me about the insane no pet policy. He told me, "for future reference" but at that point I didn't even feel welcome any more. That's crazy! Outdoor mall, no pets. The Promenade is fancier and allows pets. That's just crazy. read more

I actually really like the Outlets of Little Rock. I was surprised but they had some cool stores. I felt like the stores they had were true to the outlet stores. The parking was great. They have parking around the entire Outlet. We parked near the Nike store. The outlet has some shaded area and then the rest is outdoors which can be really hot so make sure that you were sunscreen if you plan to be out in the sun or sitting. Some of the stores we went in were Nike, HM & Journeys. All of the stores were well organized + nice. The entire outlet was clean and there wasn't any trash on the ground. They also have a food court which I didn't go in. But overall cool outlet and nice stores. read more

Completely ridiculous that this outdoor mall is a "no dog zone". My wife and I were asked to leave their property because we were spending the evening and our money with our 8 lb leased dog. Don't come here if you have a pet. Even if your following leash laws outside, you will get in trouble. Thanks for waisting my trip to your stores.! Noted! read more

This review is primarily for the Levi's store but gives credit to the Outlets as a whole. In an age where online shopping is more convenient and practical, the only motivators for shopping at a brick and mortar store is the ability to try things on and for the customer service. We've been to the Levi's store 3 times and every time our experience surpasses the one before. The manager, Brittney, has been accommodating and extremely helpful. The other manager (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) as well as the other ladies on staff were helpful and had thorough knowledge of the Levi's products they were selling. Shopping at this store far outweighs an online shopping experience any day. I recommend stopping by Levi's. The experience will renew any lost faith in retail customer service experiences. read more

Eh had to run in to some outlets to grab a pair of sunglasses, stopped by here for quick visit. Few issues I saw the Nike sign on the backside and figured that's where Nike was, nope, just a sign but all the other signs were correct. Had to walk all the way around then, grr. After driving many hours with our kids and dog we were looking forward to our stop at this mall to stretch our legs and spend some money. However we were met with an unfriendly security guard telling us we were not allowed to walk around the mall area with our dog. This is an outdoor mall and one of us planned on staying outside with the stores with the dog. So we went to the dirty public bathrooms and left. read more

I had a blast visiting Little Rock and can't wait to go back! This shopping center was easy to find and parking was a plenty. Seemed like a family oriented shopping experience. They have some big name stores as well as some little small business shops. I'd say definitely check it out if you have the chance to! read more

Really disappointing. This is NOT an outlet mall. This is a full price retail mall that you have to walk outside to get to places. The food choices are very limited. China Max was not good. My husband got wontons. They were solid cream cheese with a pastry outer shell. It was kinda nasty. The Villa is where my daughter are. I would have eaten there but it was highly frustrating. Their menu board has a bunch of pictures, pricing for three different types of pizza (there are more than three options), an entire meal price and a price for a specialty drink. I can't tell you what all they sell bc there is no menu. You just guess. Staff was annoyed that I didn't know what everything was and that I was asking prices so I went to pay for her cheese pizza (that they reheated in the oven...not even fresh!!!) and ordered food at Johnny rockets since I didn't want to order a large drink for my 5 yo. At least Johnny rockets caters to families and they have menus with prices. Very novel concept. read more

Went to Outlets of LR and was taking a picture of a friend. Security came running over screaming that NO PICTURES WERE ALLOWED TO BE TAKEN ON OR OF THE PROPERTY. They requested my phone so they could delete the pictures and got angry when I refused to hand over my phone. Not a good shopping experience. Will not go there again and I live in LR. read more

New outdoor mall with all the popular clothing and shoe stores with a few specialty shops. But if your looking for bargains this is not the place everything is full retail. Very well laid out. Lots of stores - from banana republic to Nike. Cole Haan etc. looking for beef jerky? It's here. Along with lots of the standard fare. Gap. Nike. Converse. Cavender's and Dave and Buster's within walking distance as well as Bass Pro. Restrooms are very clean and centrally located. Food court with a good selection for varying tastes and addictions. The Outlets has good potential, but many of the stores are not outlet stores- its biggest downfall. The food court would benefit from different choices, as the two times I've eaten there were lackluster. The area is continuing to grow, so we are hopeful more (true outlet) stores open up as well. In comparison to Outlets in Branson or Destin, these Outlets are pretty sad. read more

You got the standard Gap, Banana Republic, J. Crew, Nike outlet stores that you usually see at other outlet malls and then you got some that you really don't see elsewhere, like Book Warehouse and Kitchen Collection. The two stores that I'm glad to see open are Restoration Hardware Outlet (wish I could afford stuff here) and Brooks Brothers, which is definitely needed in the Little Rock market. However, nothing really stands out here right now. Can't wait to see the restaurant/hotel portion of the area get developed in the coming months. read more

My review is for the Go Calendars Toys and Games. I went there and was horribly discriminated and I'm still shaking. I am a young gay man and I went in with my boyfriend to find a birthday present for my cousin. When I first went in, I got strange looks from the manager because I was holding hands with my boyfriend. I ignored him, because this is normal in Trump's America. I went to look at stuffed animals, and the manager walked up behind us talking loudly on his phone. He was practically screaming at us, and I felt very threatened. A couple minutes later, he came back and told us "I advise you to stop that". Because I was holding hands with my boyfriend and looking at stuffed animals? This place is horrible and I will NEVER go back. He said more homophobic slurs, and we ran away with tears in our eyes. read more
