Unfortunately that was not the greatest, WAY too gentle, WAY too much oil, and hardly felt relieved nor relaxed after - I kept thinking "when is this massage going to start" even after for more pressure. My partner had the same experience as well. I have constant problems getting correct information in billing or correct medication and I have to…read morespend days trying to straighten it out. I went for a treatment and asked ahead for the office to check it through my insurance for cost and was told $50. They tacked on another $70+ because they said that was part of the treatment putting medication in my face. If I was told that from the beginning then I would not have had the treatment which did not work (skin cancer light treatment). I also had many issues getting medication called in to my pharmacy and had to make several phone calls about it. The latest issue was my daughter getting a prescription for a 28 day supply medication but they mistakenly wrote it to take over 196 days instead of 28 with refills. It took 3 days of phone calls so far and it's still not straightened out. I have to file complaint with state medical board just to get them to communicate. If the nurses or pa's did their job and paid attention then a lot of this can be prevented. Next time I see the doctor I'm not leaving until all medication sent to my pharmacy and I check with pharmacy before I leave. Just patient neglect and bad service.

I had an appointment for the end of November for the first shots. Called early in the week as I had heard nothing about insurance approval, was told it hadn't come through. Told someone would get back to me. never got a call back. Called in December was told it still hadn't come through. Called after the holidays and found out it was never submitted, and that they had(and lost) 2 insurance staff. Got a call from a staff member(who was not the insurance person) leaving me a message that didnt make sense. Found out she called for someone else. I asked the insurance person call me back so I could appeal the insurance company's decision. No return call. Called today (now at the end of January), to be told the Dr may not do Medical botox. And, that the PA had no right to tell me that they would( this was the reason I was referred there). Patty the Office Manager spoke over me and didn't listen, until I pointed this out. Waiting to hear if the Dr will even do the procedure. Not holding out a lot of hope.

So, suffice it to say, I was thrilled to find a Doctor close by, who not only does great work, but does it for a much more reasonable price as well. As for Dr. Weinman's office, he has an inviting waiting room and immaculate treatment rooms. There is never a long wait time upon arrival, and his staff are always very prompt, warm and friendly.
