Unfortunately that was not the greatest, WAY too gentle, WAY too much oil, and hardly felt relieved nor relaxed after - I kept thinking "when is this massage going to start" even after for more pressure. My partner had the same experience as well. The price of the haircut was $35 at the time of booking. I unfortunately needed to reschedule and the process for that was semi-easy. Once I arrived at my appointment Miss Rose greeted me warmly, making me feel like family. The shop is cozy, with products for purchase in the middle aisle, hair for styling along the entry wall, with hooded blow dryers and wash bowls toward the back. My appointment was scheduled for 4p and I arrived around 3:50p and my appointment started at 4:10ish. Not too bad a wait. My stylist was Mist. She was professional and informative. I wanted to retain my length but trim off what was dead/split. Mist understood and showed me how much she thought was appropriate before starting. She blew my hair out straighter to assist with accurately pin pointing of what needed to be trimmed and worked efficiently but carefully as she completed my service. My total at the end of my service was $45 minus the $25 deposit. I guess the necessary blow dry was an additional $10.
