Office 212 745 7727.. So I called them 4 times (last week and today) just to get the simplest answer Y or N. Instead they just took my info again..promised to call me back.. And then nothing!! I just keep calling them but they r useless.. Its such a waste of time..it is frustrating!! Very very very disappointed with the office staff.. Didn't even have a chance to meet a Doctor!! Thank you for nothing.

There was a small problem with the staff accidentally…read moreoverbooking Dr. Hedley during the hour my appointment was scheduled for- so I ended up waiting for about 20 minutes. But as soon as Dr. Hedley and her assistant found out that I needed to scramble to a meeting right after my appointment, they cared enough to work quickly but carefully to make sure that I made it to my meeting on time. Dr. Hedley has some of the best bedside manners I've seen in a doctor. She was gentle yet assertive in her demeanor and showed that she cared about her patients. Her responses to my questions demonstrated her knowledge and experience. Even though she made sure she examined me as soon as possible after my basic information and blood pressure were taken, she was still thorough with the actual examination. I can understand why some yelpers have complained about her staff. Personally, I liked her staff- although they were initially a little brusk (very typical for the city), as soon as we started talking a bit more at length, I found them to be quite sweet. I'm so happy I found Dr. Hedley and her office- I will definitely be coming back.

Dr. Henry is a knowledgeable and friendly doctor. It means a lot that I do not mind him staring at…read moremy lady bits in fluorescent lighting--mostly because he seems very nice and talks a lot! Most importantly, he did not appear to consult my chart and then begin to make judgments about my behavior, overall health, how long it would be before i get the baby bug, etc. On the other hand, the front desk women are kind of miserable. Why the attitude, ladies? Just book my appointments, answer the phone(!), and for the love of God, don't tell me that "no news is good news" when we're talking about the health of my internal organs. I cannot see them or the test results myself, so really--are you serious? That's not responsible in the least. There is potential for this rating to increase if he were to hire some nicer front-desk people. SHEESH.

I can't express enough how I love Dr Comrie. She is the…read moremost caring, thoughtful, thorough doctor I know. She explains everything in detail and addresses any and all concerns. I would wait hours to see her and do not care. When I came in scared that I was going to lose my baby because another OB was soo rude and told me that I shouldn't be pregnant.. Dr Comrie reassured me and made a promise that I would have my son. I had the best pregnancy experience because of her.

I waited 6 months for an initial annual visit and when they did everything they billed for incomplete things. I would also like to say this, the doctor is very down to earth, rough, and direct so just factor that in. The office isn't much to desire... no new machines, or even warming gel for the clients. She never referred me for a mammogram, even after saying I have much Cancer history in my chart. Decades of experience but I didn't feel that way when I left. So I will probably find a new OB GYN. Bottom Line.

This was the first one who wanted to check me out before prescribing anything. And despite her being in Brooklyn and my living in New Jersey, I will ONLY go to her. So professional, so kind, so attentive. She is absolutely the best. There is a reason why she is so hard to get an appointment with and why there are ALWAYS women in the waiting room. I literally trust her with my life. And when the time comes, she can deliver my baby. She's into that sort of thing.

For instance, today my appointment was at 11:45 and I am still have been waiting to been seen and it is now already 2pm. I took blood on July 28th and I still was never given my results. I have been looking for somewhere else to go and when I find a new doctor I can't wait to leave this place.
