My mother has been trying to get help from her for months on how to go about her case but Niloufar, ignores her calls, does not call back and can go weeks without responding to emails. 9 days ago, I reached out to her to see if we can get help or if we should just look for another lawyer, she ignored that email and the 4 that followed. My mom had to have her hearing yesterday - alone, with no interpreter and no lawyer, because Niloufar never followed up or showed up. Her email response today, after all the emails, calls and missing the court date "I am not always available".
