Since I was at work, they were even willing to come to my job to replace the window before it started raining, which I truly appreciated. For this quality of work, i'm surprised it took that long. to start, polish was splattered on the door handles, window trim, mirror, bedside trim, and what seems like finger prints were left on bedside trim. 26+ defects in paint/clearcoat, buff marks left on paint, a 1/4" scratch down to metal on the passenger side door, bumper valance miss aligned, headlight trim is loose, wheel was not repaired/replaced, tire was not replaced, broken harness held together with zipties, broken grille shutter tab, and other misc issues. I am never one to put a business down, but there had to be zero quality control for finished vehicles because all of this was found in minutes. Unfortunately it could not be resolved on the same day since i picked up the truck at closing time, and needed the truck for work. Save the frustration and go somewhere else.
